Loved it , the 3d effect was wonderful johnny depp is awesome loved alice and the red and white queens, the cheshire cat was adorable and breathtaking, the colors and characters were all I would expect them to be very funny but I really love Johnny always have.

My best friend and I went to see this movie in 3D(the first time we both experienced a 3D movie) and we loved it! I thought Tim Burton did an amazing job with this movie. The plot is still the same, which I knew it was going to be, but there were so many surprises and the effects were so wonderful. I would definitely go see it again :)

I thought Tim Burton did an amazing job with this film. His version of Alice, Wonderland, and ALL of the characters was totally awesome. I loved the originality of the story as well. I am a big fan of Alice in Wonderland, and I used to love the cartoon. This rendition did not disappoint! Wonderland in 3-d was absolutely beautiful. Even my boyfriend enjoyed it!

This version of Alice in Wonderland was hardly the greatest movie I've ever seen, but it was certainly interesting. The Wonderland characters were a bit over the top even for this story, you could barely understand a work Johnny Depp said, and the character of Alice came off alternately as wimpy and indecisive and a bit dim. Also, what was up with the White Queen and the whole hands in the air thing? Quaint at first, and then just annoying. Still, the animation was spectacular and the story moved along at a decent pace. My 11 year old son loved it.

The visual effects were amazing especially in 3-D, but the overall story line was disjointed. I left this movie disappointed expecting more. I think there was too much emphasis on the Queen of Hearts and not enough background on what happened to Wonderland and why it was so important for Alice to return. Overall this movie was entertaining but I would not recommend fighting the lines to see it in the theatre wait until it comes out on DVD.

A MUST SEE FILM! Don't believe all the naysayers, they are just old poops. This film rocks, all stars were perfectly suited to their roles and the story was unique and original, unpredictible, and refreshing. The 3D effects just added to the wonder of it all. Kids will like it too just mind the rating. Smaller children 7 and under may be frightened by some things but it is an adult film I believe. This is a movie our family has been waiting to see for a long time! And we weren't disappointed! Absolutely beautiful to look at, the 3-D was worth the extra few bucks. The story was very well done and the characters were amazing! I wouldn't advise smaller children seeing this movie, as it did have some scary moments with menacing creatures. I loved everybit of the movie and took my whole family to see it! We all loved it and enjoyed every aspect of the film. My husband and I left wanting to see more, either prequal or sequal to this one! The only bad part for us was when Alice cut off the Jabarwacky's head, as we have a 6 year old daughter. I am a Tim Burton fan and he hasn't disappointed in Alice in Wonderland. I read both Alice in Wonderland and Through the Looking Glass when I was in High School and Tim Burton managed to capture the dream-like quality of the books.
I saw the movie in 3-D and I really appreciated the subtlety of the effect and the fact the movie wasn't in my face all the time.
Johnny Depp displayed his usual madness in fine form and he works really well with Tim Burton. The only complaint I have is with the characterization of the White Queen, she was too over the top.

The whole family went from ages 9 to 42 and we all enjoyed the movie. Would think about paying the extra money to see it in 3D though. Not many scenes to wear the glasses and pay the price for 3D but loved the movie itself. Gave 5 stars for the movie but would have given a 2 or 3 for the 3D parts if could.

Johnny Depp a great casting director feat! Not only is he good at anything he does, but these type of roles he seems to add more to each film. I could have seen someone else as the White Queen. Ann Hathaway is ok, but couldn't get pass the red lipstick on such big lips. Harsh, but true. Alice was somewhat forgetable. The movie was very good. My granddaughter (9) and thought it was creepy in spots. 3D good, after a while you forgot it was 3D.

Reminded me of what I loved about this movie as a kid. It was fun and full of laughter and adventure. Oh yeah and my 10 year old enjoyed it as well.
