I loved this sequel! One of the most fun elements of the first movie was the characters being watched by "something". That feeling was recreated very well. Loved that they used the same soundtrack and it was fantastic to see a PREDATOR with the original Stan Winston design from the first movie. I will own this DVD and bluray!

The movie was very good; I liked how they put in the old music from the first two movies. I liked the action, setting, story, and the characters. The movie had some really good surprises in it as well, which I thought was great. The only thing that I didn't like was the ending, they could have done something different with it. And that girl should have been killed. Other than that the movie was awesome! Any Predator fan should really go see it.

I saw this film at the midnight showing last night. It to me looks like some one saw the first film and said i can do that better there is a lot of deja vu in the movie from the first one.. here are some examples : one music i really liked this it made it feel like this one was a squeal to Predator ... Two was how Arnold used mud ...Three was the fight scene that was never shown in the first movie with billy and the Predator knifes scene to me was the only draw back from the first movie the fight scene in the Predators movie was magnificent perfect in every way you get to see them battle ...
Bottom line is if you loved predator you will love this movie has every thing you want in more .

I thought this would be another knock off like the last two Alien movies they produced. But it was actually quite good. Plenty of action. Several question were left unanswered such as, "What was the deal between the predators?"
Overall a nice surprise. Although I wish they would have not left the ending open for another one.

If you are a die hard fan of the Predators mythos (the kind of person that has seen all the movies and read the books and comics) enter this movie with caution. The movie completely revamps the Predator history and honor system, turning them into vicious hunters instead of honorable ones. If you leave that at the door and see it for what it is you'll enjoy it a lot more. Beyond that the story was great paying homage to the first film in many ways, perhaps a bit to much at times as it starts to feel like they're just ripping off scenes, while keeping the action and suspense steady and exciting. Topher Grace and Alice Braga ore excellent and believable In their rolls, while Adrien Brody struggles to pull of the tough guy loner lead. The rest of the cast supports the leads nicely while helping to push the story forward. The special effects in the movie are excellent. Believable while not overpowering or distracting. He did an awesome job of using the classic predator effects while adding some new ones as well. I was however dissapointed with the faces of the predators. Why is it that the recent movies staring predators think that the only part of their mouth to move is the mandibles. I would like to believe that it is a budget issue, but the originals managed to get the entire mouth to move so why can't they? Do they think that we are so simple minded that we'll just be awed by the mask and not notice? Or are they just lazy? Either way it was a rather sore point for me. All in all though the move was fun and exciting to watch. If you're in the mood for an action movie with a great story, well placed and used action sequences and a couple of really good plot twists, then I would recommend seeing this.

Right from the beginning this move was intense. Through it all i was hanging on the edge of my seat. Adrian Brody made this movie, i have the up most respect for him now. This is a great piece to be added into the Predators Saga. After part 2 with Danny Glover, Predators lost a lot of fans. But this one brings them back and new ones too. Over all this movie was the best movie of the summer THUS FAR!

The wait for this movie was almost unbearable. Having said that, this movie was not nearly what it could have been.. I'm not sure if it was the mediocre story line. or maybe it was the fact the special effects would go from being well done to just looking horrible. The characters, most at least, were poorly written and at points it got to be just silly. Rent the dvd if you must see it.. Or watch any prior movie featuring the Predators, all of which were much better.

After going far off the mark with Predator 2, this movie captures the magic and feel of the original. If you liked the first Predator, you will like this one too. Adrian Brody was a great choice for the lead.

Adrien Brody creates a real action-hero for this generation. I never thought I would be cheering for the guy from THE PIANIST to beat a Predator, but there I was. Brody is awesome. I first liked him in 'The Brothers Grimm' and now he does a complete 180 and plays Arnold in this movie and guess what, he is better than Arnold. Movie needed more character building. First part is great, second is ok. Fishburne was disappointing. Braga was irritating. Goggins and Grace were good. Trejo needed more screen time.

This movie is a great summer action movie. I absolutely recommend Predators to anyone looking for an action movie to see. The trailers didn't give away anywhere near all the good parts. It was thrilling and full of the Predator kills we've seen in the other Predator movies. Just don't go in expecting romance and a deep, profound story. I went to the midnight show in Times Square, and I was blown away. This movie feels like a real continuation of the original. I was not sold on Brody, but Damn did he kill it. The only thing this movie is missing is a real life bad ass like Keith Jardine.

Well, unfortunately, it wasn't the best action movie ever made, but it was still entertaining at times, so I can't really blow it out of the water. The sound at the theater wasn't great either, because that probably would've helped. Actors were good, but certain backstories needed to be explored more, I think. Action was decent, but kinda wished there was more. Seeing the old Predator mask was actually kinda cool

The only predator movie I ever liked was the first one with Arnold Schwarzenegger. The second one was crappy and the third one was crappy. There was too much gore and blood and not enough good actors. The story line was okay but the violence was just too much for a predator movie.
