Just like the other two movies by the director (Juno and Thank you for Smoking), Up in the Air had very interesting story about the intersecting lives of different people. One of the most literate, multi-leveled films I have seen in a long time. The post-viewing discussion went on for hours. Made me laugh, made me think, and made me examine my own life. Most important--it surprised me. I even loved the music.

I really enjoyed this movie! As a single guy I could relate to George Clooney's character and many of the situations he found himself in.
The cast in this film did a wonderful job! And the writers and director brought an innovative story to the screen.
Both of my cousins fell asleep during the movie. But they had a couple of drinks before the show. I was sober and stayed awake through the entire feature.
This one may have a slow pace, but it is well worth it.

The movie was just OK. It had some funny moments and some clever lines but was over hyped regarding being filmed in St. Louis. Show was less than 50% occupied. There are better movies to see for your dollars.
