All beefcake aside, this movie is hilariously over-the-top in all the right ways. Copley is perfect, btw! Lots of one-liners, pretty explosions and the kind of stunts that used to make James Bond look cool. If you have fond memories of the TV show, this is definitely for you. If you never saw it, you'll still like it. Skip the "Extended Theatre Experience" theatres, though. The jet engines plus the deep woofer explosions will give you a headache.

It's hard to find a movie that Mom, Dad and 19 year old son ALL enjoy. The A-Team actually accomplished this. The movie was true to the TV series - lots of plots, action, counter-plots, explosions and gun fire, with no one getting killed. And it was FUNNY! There were several times where everyone in the theater was laughing out loud and/or clapping. The characters were good and the actors were perfectly cast. The time flew by quickly and I was never bored or fidgety. From a nostalgic perspective, it was nice being back in 1983!

So long as you know what you are getting into, I am sure you will enjoy the movie. If you are looking for a movie that is going to touch your heart, you've come to the wrong place. But if you're looking for a movie that will make you laugh, that has non-stop action, and lots of things blowing up, this movie is for you.
My criticisms of the movie include the unbelievable story line and Jessica Biel's lack of acting skills. But the positives include that it was A LOT funnier than I thought it would be, and the action very rarely stopped. I am a huge Liam fan, and he definitely didn't let me down.
If you watched the show as a child, I think you will be pleasantly surpried with the movie. I definitely recommend it for action movie fans.

I had a big stupid grin plastered to my face throughout the movie. "The A-Team" is great escapist fun. The movie is full of humor and over-the-top action that fans of the show will surely love. This is not a serious movie by any means, but the movie knows that which makes it far more enjoyable.

I was a fan of the original tv series and was skeptical that they could do it justice, but I was worried for nothing. This movie was just flat-out fun. And the casting was perfect...especially the actors chosen for Face and Murdoch.
The whole theater was laughing out loud many times during the show - and the actors seemed to be having just as much fun on the screen.
Not an Oscar-contender, but a great summer movie nonetheless.

Great movie with lots of action, lots of tongue-in-cheek humor, and lots of treats for fans of the original series while not leaving newcomers behind. If you loved the series you'll be very happy; but if you did not like the series or are unfamiliar with it, you'll still find this a fun and action-packed movie. I can't wait for the next movie, which should pick up with the start of their career as soldiers-of-fortune. Oh and make sure you stay for the easter egg at the very end of the credits .... well worth it.

The A-Team was one of my favorite shows growing up and I am glad to see it has made it to the big screen. There are some great action moments, and the interaction between Face (Cooper) and Sosa (Biel) were interesting to watch. Definately stick around until the end...you will not be disappointed.

Having grown up with the A-Team TV series, the movies does a good job tying in the old story line and bringing it modern with the addition of the background of how they got in trouble and became soldiers for hire. The movie stayed true to its roots and threw in catch phrases, the theme song, and the mannerisms of the original A-Team cast. In doing so, they give some back story on B.A. and the other members to fill in some gaps and explain things the television show never did. Stay until the end of the credits and you won't be sorry.

We took a 10 year old boy and 12 year old girl who never watched the TV show. They LOVED the movie. It was action packed with lots of comedy. Having watched the TV show I was happy to see the movie actors preserved the original TV characters, and while there was violence, it was not as prevalent as other movies of this day. The heroes are the good guys, the villians are the bad guys. The updated scenario, military weaponry and superior special effects make this movie a must-see movie on the big screen. Do not wait for the DVD.

This was a true action hero thrill ride! The action sequences, though completely unbelievable, were fantastic. Some of the lines were mumbly or were difficult to hear due to the loud noises of the action. Lots of laugh-out-loud parts and the action was from beginning to end. A fun-time escapist adventure. If you're looking for action with comedy laced in in just the right places, this is it. I've read the so-called "professional critics", and they just don't get it. This isn't one of their artsy-fartsy flicks. Movies are for ENTERTAINMENT, and that's what The A-Team does, entertains. Go and enjoy as we did!

Action from start to finish, stayed true to the tv series, and had me laughing from start to finish. They did an amazing job with this and I am waiting for them to make a sequel!!

I really enjoyed seeing this movie. The plot was good, that action was awesome. I've never seen the A-Team tv show but I was still able to really enjoy the movie. I thought all of the actors were great. I was laughing and excited pretty much the whole time. It was a great, fun movie!
