This movie is REALLY offensive on many levels. This is a very strong PG-13. I took a 12-year-old who HAD to see this because all her friends did, and am sorry she was exposed to it. I didn't think it was funny, either. Definitely for adults, but it's really not funny enough for grownups. Shame on you, Wayans Brothers--you're much more talented that this!

No JOKE, this movie was stupid!!! I LOVE the Wayans brothers, but they just took stupidity too far! Just an opinion...Save your money.. This movie isn't worth the box office price the ticket costs...to me it was more low quality.. You're better off waiting until it comes on TV ..the disappointment will make you glad you did! It ispretty slow in the beginning I almost fell asleep, and pathetically ridiculous even once it gets going..I love funny movies, but this one is sheer ..stupidity .. the music at least partially through the movie does wake you up some once it gets going, but it's still not worth sitting through.. I would have had a better time flipping through channels at home. >> My opinion...Beat is the word!! It's not for younger kids either due to it's content.

I really like the wayans brothers but i was really disappointed in this movie. About 30 minutes into it i was thinking about going to ask for my money back. There were a couple funny scenes but most of the funny scenes were the ones we already saw in the previews and then those weren't even funny because we already knew what was going to be said. Save your money don't go see this movie. it should have gone straight to DVD.

I really wanted to like this movie, but I just couldn't. Most of the gags were either stale, not funny, or most often, both. Definitely not the Wayans brothers' best effort. This movie has to be one of the Wayans Brothers' best next to "White Chicks" and "Little Man". "Dance Flick" literally kept my friend and I laughing every five minutes. Right when the movie starts, I love how it already gets you laughing. But, like mentioned before, a lot of the funny parts are shown in the previews. I also wouldn't recommend bringing anyone younger than 13 to this one because of launguage, sexualtiy, and crude comments. Overall, I LOVED this movie and you will not regret seeing it. Get ready to laugh until your stomach hurts! =D

I like the Wayans brothers but, this was just so stupid. I enjoy a goofy movie as much as anyone, and I laughed out loud a few times, but. Most of the funniest parts were in the trailer. Can't recommend this to my friends.

I loved that movie, took a few friends and we couldnt stop laughing. It was yet another great movie from the Wayans brothers.

It was typical Wayans funny...my daughter and I laughed out loud several times. Essence should be in more comedy's, she was pretty funny. Daman Jr. was good in his part, and his sidekick. He played in a lot of movies. The gave a few shout outs to my pretend husband, T.I. I want to watch it again at home, with my family and a few drinks....just to release some stress from today's problems.
