I expected more and got much much less. This film is an insult to anyone who has a functional mind. Weak acting, thin plot, lots of "twists" that were added on just to get this garbage past 90 minutes (which is 1 hours and 35 minutes too long). The film is insulting to woman, heavy set people, and computer users. Save your money or go see ANYTHING else.
I did not expect much going in to see this film and I was still disapointed. The film is poorly written, poorly acted and moves like a bottle of glue. A very poor attempt at bringing the 80's teen movie to today. The choices of actors made bery little sense, and the whole movie seemed forced. Avoid or wait until you get a free rental and then avoid it there as well.
This movie was a fun time to view and a much needed laugh from most of the "funny" movies out today. Not as good as the second and dragged in a few places but it was exciting to view and had a happy ending. Try to catch it in IMAX if you can.
While not an insult to the series, this is the weakest of the four. Too many interwoven stories make the movie hard to follow, and seem added on just to fill up time. The references from the first movies (music and lines) were interesting but not overdone.
There are many plot holes which lead the viewer to think the writers were planning for the next sequel before this one was ever done. If you really really really enjoyed the first three this one will entertain you, if you thought they were so so then wait for the rental.
For a movie that is only 99 minutes long this one was 39 minutes longer then it needed to be. The last third of the movie felt like they were just throwing things in to get to a 1.5 hour running time.
I wished they had spent more time building to the Harvey's toast at the wedding and refinding his family, rather then just keep throwing stuff in to try to make you care about the main characters. If you see it skip the last third unless you want to see some of the worst underacting this side of a high school drama club you will ever see.
Save your money and just stare at a wall for 99 minutes and you will be just as entertained.
