This movie never stops from beginning to end and kept us guessing throughout. Angelina is one tough chick, and she's always interesting to watch. On another note, someone actually brought a baby to the theatre and the baby started crying 5 minutes into the movie. Not for small children! Lots of loud sound effects explosions, and gun fights.

Salt was somewhat entertaining in spots, but far too predictable. The action scenes were trite. A few scenes bordered on the absurd. The ending of the movie dragged on forever, and I actually caught myself dozing off. My advice is to wait for this to come out on video, and kill some time during a rainy or snowy day on this mindless drama. You have already seen most of this before, so it can afford to wait.

This was a nice action packed film, but not a must see now. The plot was easy to fiqure out. I knew who the real bad guy was long before the mid-way point. It was hot here when I went to see it. Nice way to stay cool when the weather is 95+ outside.

Complete lack of story development. If you like actions movies with very little plot, then this movie is for you. It was essentially just an hour and half of Angelina Jolie chase scenes.
There was a hint of drama and story when she was on the boat, but the complete lack of dialog or even any visual emotion pretty much left the story for dead floating in the sea.
As a pure action flick with no story, it's a decent movie... but if you're looking for something with more meat, it's going to take a lot more than Salt to fix this meal.

Angelina Jolie is a good actress, and it's nice to see a woman with a strong role, but this movie was very repetitive. On about the fourth jump onto a truck, and the sixth or seventh foot chase, we kind of lost interest.

Love the action, the pace- and I love that the trailer didn't give it all away. It's the kinda movie that you have to pay attention to really appreciate it- which also means you can watch it more than once and still appreciate it. Angelina Jolie is perfect for this role. Lots of action, and violence, but not too gory for the squeamish.:-) Such a great time I didn't even reach for the popcorn! This definitely leaves me wanting more though!

Angelina delivered and I am so grateful that even if this isn't her passion, she has the natural ability to make the right film choices, to perform, and to deliver. This was an action-packed thrill ride that wasn't too long or too short. It might be a little tough to imagine a woman taking on a "Jason Bourne" or "James Bond" persona, but Angie did it and makes it look effortless. I don't believe that she could have carried off such an impressive feat without an equally impressive supporting cast and script, yet we all know that she was the essential piece of the puzzle that allowed everything to come together and make sense. Bravo Salt!

After seeing Inception 2 nights before and than seeing Salt it is a very good basis for comparison and Salt is a very fast moving action movie that also requires that you pay attention to details in order to figure it out, and it's not easy to figure out. Very violent but not disgustingly so.

This was another well played and directed action movie. However the plot and sequences were somewhat predictable. All the actors played their parts well and Angelina did exceptionally well in her role. Some of the stunts were a little questionable as to could this actually happen outside a movie. I you are going to see the movie to Angelina then it is a must see. If you are going to see the movie for just the entertainment then it is a must see. If you are going to see the movie for plot and/or action then wait for it on DVD as I don't believe there will be anything lost from the big screen to the home TV.

Not much plot or even a lot of dialogue, but plenty of non-stop action. My wife and I enjoyed it; actually thought it was better than expected. You have to suspend disbelief, however, the same as in a lot of male action flicks where one guy takes down dozens of others without getting much of a scratch on him. Angelina Jolie is still the Queen of female action flicks but she looks almost bulemic. Still, though, it was good.
