Didn't like this Hulk as good as 2003 version. The new Hulk did not have a good storyline, just had a bunch of action with not enough story line depth. They also made the Hulk look so Ugly compared to the last version. Hulk also looked too small. Movie looked just thrown together and not very believable. Boring movie.

This movie was great! Great storyline, well cast people for the characters! All in all it was great. What more can you say, I can't wait to see it again and for it to come out on DVD so I can watch it over and over again. Much better than the 2003 version for sure!

I thought this HULK was a very entertaining feature this time around, with more action and a decent villian. I thought Eric Bana was a better Bruce Banner but definitely a better story-line. Good opening to a possible sequel. Could have used more dialogue during final fight scene but.. ALL and all a great movie. 2 Thumbs up to MARVEL. Would not see it twice though, IRON MAN is still a cooler movie to see again and again

Go see this movie. This is for true fans of the Hulk, old school comic book geeks that want to see him smash everything in sight. Great story, the special effects were better than I anticipated. Also loved the references to other Marvel storylines.

Seeing as how the movie was half over before we saw a descent view of the Hulk, and most of the movie surrounded Bruce's love life, I think the movie should have been called the "Incredible Bruce". THe graphics were fun, though not as convincing as others we have seen lately. I especially enjoyed all of the cameos and puns (right down to the name of the restaraunt). That kept the movie enjoyable. There were too many loose ends at the end of the movie though. So what happens with the big bad monster? He gets up and destroys the world? He goes into rehab? What? What about the scientist? Why infect him if he is not going to affect the plot? Other untied strings left me unfulfilled. The final fight scene had some editing issues...it was choppy and left blanks. Overall, if you wanna go then go. But you will not have missed the opportunity of a lifetime if you just wait for it to come out on video. The best thing I can say about it is that it was better than the first one.

When I was a 9 year old I often dreamed of these Big screen battles between heroes. MARVEL, has Finally done , what was once impossible. The task was to transfer and translate what those early comic book transcripts truly contained. THE UNBRIDLED POWER AND WRATH OF THE INCREDIBLE HULK!!!!!. It was once impossible to fathom bringing this Mythological being to life with anything but paper and ink. His massive physical intimidation, his piercing, Bestial Battle Yell. The true intangible factor of his unlimited Physical abilities, and his Spartan like Thirst to Dominate all that Challenge his unmatched Rage and Might..! THIS IS TRULY THE HULK that I relished reading and marveling at 25 years ago. Even the TV series contained some of the intangibles of the comic version but nothing has ever come this close. The first motion picture did very little justice for this Icon, Eric Bana was ok but just didnt capture the jist of Bruce Banners vulnerability. (ANG LEE SUCKED and was clueless to the task he unwittingly accepted in the first attempt. (he performed the motion capture for a ten foot tall 1400 pound mass of turbo charged Muscle fiber.) Need i say more? The second installment shows the changes that were needed for success. ED Norton did very well at spelling "The Jade Giant " and contrasting the 2 persona contained in Banner. The intellect and the indomitable Jade Gladiator. This movie shows The Hulks Willingness To be more human but at the same time Revel in his savagery in battle. The Abomination is one of the few beings that can lay claim to have bested The Hulk in battle, so this flick has the unexpected physicality of the best issues of the comic. Cant wait for the match up vs the avengers. If its anything like the Comic series were in for a heck of a ride.

Either you like or don't like superhero movies - so if you don't, try and act surprised - the Incredible Hulk is a superhero movie. Living in the house that the first Spiderman movie built, Hulk is a worthy entry but it is dwarfed by its younger brother, Iron Man. In a world where average students actually get C's, Hulk is definately a B, maybe even a B+. I had a few complaints about the movie - during the Brazil sequence, the camera was too tight all the time; and each scene in Brazil probably could've been 10% shorter without any loss - nothing that makes the movie bad, but definately knocks it out of Iron Man's league, and makes me not feel bad about not giving this a B+. Still; I have no regrets about spending money on tickets for this movie.

I felt a bit worried at first - Bruce Banner was way too skinny, I was afraid when the Hulk bulked up it would be silly. It wasn't. You have to remember this is a comic book, not a science book, but outside of the size, the movie didn't go out of it's way to insult you. Instead there was a fun, action-filled show with enough dialogue to make sure the viewer could keep up (mostly), but it wasn't a talk-to-death like so much lately. If you are ready for fun, go. You might catch few of the in-jokes along the way.

My husband and I saw this on a Midnight prescreen. The theater was full of young students that were rambunctious during the previews and I was worried we would have to cut out if it got too out of hand. Well, the theater was almost silent the entire movie. I think everyone was pulled right in and kept on their seat. That’s a true testament to the power of this film. It was a lot of fun.

Why is it that the best films of this summer are superhero films? Ironman, The Hulk and the soon to be released Dark Knight and Hellboy 2. It is great to see Lou Ferigno and bill Bixby show up in cameo roles -- yes, I'm an old guy who even recognized the clip of BB from "The Courtship of Eddie's Father -- as a tip of the hat to the 1970'2 TV series. Great story. My only real criticism is that the ending screams of sequel.

This is a first rate movie in it's own right, but I rather wish the producers had made it a sequel to the 1993 Hulk movie. I know the previous movie was not liked by the critics, but I liked it a lot. That being said, I think this is an excellent movie -- ever bit as good as "Iron Man".

I was concerned when I first heard about the movie, especially with the release of the other Hulk, within the past few years. I convinced two friends to go because I wanted to see how it was handled, and I'm a great fan of Edward Norton. The three of us were very surprised. It had more than enough action, humor (seeing the TV versions) and love interest to meet all our needs! I could go on about the photography, etc... but, know this will be one movie, I'll end up going to see again, long before I can add it to my collection. Great job to all involved!

It was so much better than the first. This movie had more action. I really enjoyed it.

Certainly worth seeing, especially if you are a comics fan. It's like reading a good issue of the comic -- it's not meant to be transformational, it's just a good yarn, well executed. The casting was very good, and some of the characterizations were well thought-out, especially that of the Abomination. Marvel is clearly planning to place the movies within a larger universe, as they do with their comics, and one hopes they remember that each movie needs a stand-alone plot. So far (Iron Man and Hulk), so good.

I have been a Hulk fan since the comic book came out in 1962. I had now expectations of this movie based on the TV series and the previous movie attempt. Also, Edward Norton was not my vision of Bruce Banner. However, I was very pleasantly surprised with this rendition. Norton was great as Banner and the story was great. The personalities of other characters such as the professor and the general were very entertaining. The story was aimed at a more adult audience except for the animated fight sequence at the end which I thought went on for longer than it needed to be. This sequence seemed aimed a younger audience. Nonetheless, if you are a Hulk fan (or even if you're not) the movie is well done, well written and very entertaining.

This movie was simply awesome. The cgi was top notch! The Hulk's facial expressions are comical at times. The plot was fantastic. The only problem I had with the movie was Liv Tyler's character. Liv is a lovely women, angelic in fact. She just did not bring enough energy to the role of Betty Ross. Everything else about the movie was simply fantastic. Ed Norton and Tim Roth gave wonderful performances. This movie is a MUST see! Marvel better get off their back sides if they expect to keep us all interested in the combined sequel to all these summer movies. I for one will be waiting patiently though :o)

"The Incredible Hulk" is the ideal Hulk movie. It remains faithful to the comics and the beloved television show and packs an incredible amount of action. Ed Norton provides a Bruce Banner that the audience cares about. His struggles are reminiscent of Bill Bixby's. The movie never gets bogged down in the plot. The action is as good as expected from a summer blockbuster and from the trailers. This movie will appeal to Hulk fans, popcorn movie fans, and general movie goers alike.

Hugley likable movie! The HULK delivers on all fronts! The story line could have been more drawn out but it didn't over shadow the action and let,s face it,that why we go see these comic book charactor movies. School Boy Adventure films done with honestly and truth in the 21st Century with the available technology we have at hand today the movie industry will keep on producing for decades for avid fans.
