I am INCREDIBLY sick and tired of "action" movies that have absolutely NO realism in the action. Almost every action scene has a substantial amount of CGI, if not almost entirely green screened. Sad...
With that said the story is good. Characters are developed well and even through most of the movie they do keep you guessing on if the "good guy" is really the good guy.

This was the best comedy I have seen in a long while. Tom's seriousness as during what were laughable moments stood out. His character took himself so serious, but was really comical. The scenes where Cameron where Tom induced her to blackout so he could get her out of sticky situations and her occasionally coming to during the exploits to get to a safe house (on Tom's island) was hilarious (but more subtle hilarity). Just had my wife and I rolling. Thumbs up and Kudos to the makers of this movie.

The movie was a win on all accounts, humor, action and romance. The plot was engaging and unpredictable with many LOL moments. Both actors brought experience and charisma to their roles, working together with great chemistry. Most movies of this genre wrap up around 1 1/2 hours so it was nice to see a longer movie (almost 2 hours) that has taken the time to give you a plausible ending. I'd highly recommend it.

I'm not an action-adventure lover, so, for me to go to this movie (based on the recommendation of a friend) was a leap of faith. I LOVED IT! There was never a dull moment. Cruise was very good, Diaz was simply adorable with terrific comedic timing. Although the overall story was predictable, the writing had you questioning your hypothesis throughtout - is he the good guy or the bad guy? Anyway, I'd highly recommend this to everyone - as I recall, although there was A LOT of violence, it wasn't any more violent than video games, so it probably would be ok for teens (the ones that parents allow to play violent video games, anyway). I probably wouldn't recommend to under-18ers, but, that's just me!

Would watch it again and again. Great movie with just the right amount of action, great chemistry and nice plot with great ending.....Wonderful movie. Would have easily watched an hour more of the same movie if it was longer.

I know most of the stunts are impossible, but I enjoyed the very entertaining movie. I think Tom and Cameron did a great job.
