This Movie was incredible. The Only reason i wont give it 5 stars is because it the preview before its release were a lie. i mean its a great drama with a seasoning of action. it is not an action movie! and its sells will suffer for that. but the actual film is an incredible journey. the imagery while heart wrenching is very well written. I would put this in the same boat as "the cell" the average avid action thriller fan probably with not get it and be disappointed. definitely a cult classic.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I really enjoyed this film. I would say its a great highlight for time off but, a good appetizier. Both Cameron and Tom gave memorable moments. It was light and engaging!

Even though this cartoon was a true "kid" show it had some excellent writing, a great amount of research, real thought put into it. For the mythology buffs it was based in western metaphysics, for the Asian/martial art enthusiast the forms used for bending have real world basis and character. As for this film it was like watching a rough draft or a really long commercial. I understand that movies are limited but come on M. night! You didn't any characters time to grow. the effects were kinds cool, but not cool enough to cover the constant stop and go of the story line. its like getting mental whip lash! I've worried about these kind of results since i heard who the director was. Mr Hollywood power producers, please save the avatar before the next installment there is a great story to be told.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

I thought this installment of the saga was much more complete then the last. The story flowed at a good pace the character's revealed enough of themselves to evolve and give a solid understanding of decision they've made. I think the action was very well done for what is was. Its difficult to put a battle like that together and not have it appear cheesy. For someone like me that hasn't read the books its nice to have the personal stories of some of the background characters.
