A wonderful movie for kids...and adults. I took my kids to see the 3D show and they were hooked from the start. I actually had tears in my eyes at the end...a great storyline. Loved it. Highly recommend for kids and parents.

If you were ever a kid, if you have ever had a toy that was 'real' to you, that was your best friend then you have got to see the Toy story 3. I saw it in 3D, I've decided that today's 3D Techniques are perfect for animated movies and I will watch all future animated movies in the 3D format from now on. But Toy Story 3 did not need 3D to make the characters 3D to me. Woody, Buzz, Jesse and the whole gang have such character development that they stand out as real as any movie actor or actress on the silver screen. In this, what I think will be the Toy Story finale, the inevitable has happen Andy is grown, he's off to college. What does that means to the gang? Are they to be discarded or left to gather dust in the attic? The determination to these questions is heart warming, touching, a real gem of a movie. Watch this movie; go see it you won't be disappointed, maybe a little teary eyed, but definitely not disappointed.

Toy Story 3 is just a fun, fun movie. The characterizations were wonderful. For adults, these are many of the toys we played with as kids. There's just enough creep factor to keep the plot interesting -- lots of wonderful plot twists. The ending is upbeat without being too maudlin. Both my mom and I just loved this movie!

Overall, Toy Story 3 was a great movie-going experience for my whole family. The story was interesting and the characters engaging. An excellent ending to the series. I saw more than one parent wiping tears from their eyes during the scenes where Andy got ready to leave for college.
One caveat for families with kids < 6: the climactic scene is quite intense, and my 4-year-old was very scared & cried, so you may want to prep younger kids that there are a couple scary moments but everything will turn out OK.

Great film. Much more complex (and at times dark) story line. Although I'm sure kids would love seeing Buzz, Woody and all their favorites again, adults will appreciate the tale of loyalty, struggle, anger and acceptance. The allusion to WWII concentration camps is at once unsettling and thought provoking.
In addition, there are some great one liners, and some fun new characters. Great way to end the series!

This movie got such great reviews that I was a little diappointed - but overall it was a nice ending to the series. While the characters remained true to their funny and comfortable roles, the main story was full of mean spirited and scary characters. The whole scene inside the trash dump/sorting area/ and furnace was way to scary and led the movie to be geared for a much older audience. Thankfully this will be the end of this Toy Story line.

I viewed this movie with my two granddaughters who are 13 and 11. I highly recommend this movie to the young and the old. Just awesome and 3D just made it come to life - GO SEE IT!

While this movie wasn't on my radar, the family went to see it under the suggestion of our 12 year old grandson and nephew. AND I'm so glad we followed it. Undeniably an Oscar contender this year, and PIXAR has demonstrated once again that they embody a genius team that will not falter or yield to anything less than a movie experience that leaves one full of contentment, and joy. This story captures all of the emotion that makes you rethink if you should ever throw out or give away a toy again. It is a nail biter, a tear-jerker, humorous and poignant to adult as well as child situations. If you think this movie is just for kids, then you lost the child in you, so I suggest you check it out.

Great movie for all ages. My 2 year old and 4 year old both loved the movie as well as my husband and I! Would definitely take the kids to watch it again.
