My 3year old and my 2 year old enjoyed themselves with their godparents. I personally believe it was too soon after his death. I thought Thriller should have stayed classic, a little too modern. It was well edited and looking forward to the DVD.

True and new Michael Jackson fans will truly appreciate this film.What MJ was planning to do on his concert tour and with his videos was going to be so awesome!It makes me miss him even more!He was definitely ahead of his time musically and creatively. Not only did this film highlight those gifts, but it also gave people an opportunity to see just how much love MJ had in his heart for everyone and everything. Initially,I thought it was going to be kind of sad, but it was totally uplifting from start to finish.I still get upset that MJ is gone,but this film just reinforces my belief that MJ's spirit will never die, because it will live forever through his music! I love you MJ and rest in peace!

I just thank god that they taped the rehersals and got a record of it. It was amazing and I wish I could have seen the complete concert when it was finished. The dancers and musicians were incredible, how they found all of those talented people amazes me. Micheal was incredible as always and he didn't act as if he was ill or anything. For a 50 year old guy to move like that is amazing. If you like Micheal Jackson you will love this movie.

I grew up watching the Jackson 5 on T.V everytime they were on. This movie let me see the real MJ being himself working so hard to please his auduence. I sat in the theater not moving a muscle, trying not to blink. I wish that MJ would have rethinked using substances. He is a great loss to his public. There will be lots of Michael Jackson in the years to come but this is a must see for any MJ fan. It is exciting, rhythmic and it doesn't try to sanitize or hid aything about the man and his music. We see Michael in the place he most wanted to be, making entertainment. And even when he not aware the camera is on him, we see that he was a perfectionist, a man who lived and thought in musical tones.
This is a beautiful film that will have you singing for days after the credits roll.

I was actually going to London to see him perform. That was the only thing I ever had on my bucket list and when he announced he was performing again, I about passed out from excitement. MJ has been my hero since I could talk and was devastated when he passed. I sobbed like a baby. This movie brought me closer to the show I was about to see. I am thankful the producers shared the footage and happy to see MJ at his best and in the best of spirits. He was truly happy and in his element. At the same time I am so mad that he was taken from us. Such a beautiful soul. For two hours, he was not gone anymore.

If you're expecting this to be "concert film / rockumentary " like Madonna's "Truth or Dare" or Depeche Mode "101" or even Duran Duran's "Sing Blue Silver" you're going to be let down. While each of those films did a great job of capturing a "behind the scenes" look at the artist, I felt this was very much what everyone should expect it to be- a patchwork of rehearsal footage.
At times, the high-def footgae looks great, and at other times, the blown-up video looks grainy and terrible.
Unless you're a hard-core Jackson fan, it's simply not going to be something you remember for years to come.

This is a wonderful movie and you get to see a personal intimate view of the master in his craft. This is it is MJ. What was most impressive was the movie humanized the ICON for me. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!

I knew I would cry before I went to see ths film and of course I did because I miss Michael and his talent so much. But this film also made me smile, laugh and be awed by his sweet gentle fun kind humanity. Moreover this reinforced what we already knew...MJ is truly one of a kind. I have loved Michael for 40+ years. Was in LA with my teen daughter when Michael died. We went to the home where he died, his parents home and his star on Hollywood Blvd. My daughter is signed with an LA talent agency. Being in LA at that time gave her a new appreciation of his music genius, performance skills, dedication. Great movie. I enjoyed seeing his creativity, respect for others and vice versa. He was a gentle man. It is sad that his life was tormented and that he was mistreated. America is judgmental. We had to lose him to appreciate him. Would have been a phenomenal concert. I'm glad they made the movie. RIP Michael. The movie may be titled, "THIS IS IT" but this is NOT it...your legacy will live on forever and ever.

This movie will make his fans fall in love with him again. What a great person he is.
You want artists like him who fall in love with their music and "want it to sound the same way his fans heard it".
This concert would have been one of his greatest ever.

I really enjoyed the documentary and plan to see it again in an IMAX theater. It was like being part of the process. It also removed any doubts that I had that it was a put-together movie just to make more money for the family. It was obvious that the taping took place with Michael being an intergral part of the process. The sad part is that we will never see the finished product on tour. It would have been fabulous.

A beautiful example of the creative artist he was. It was so wondeful that all the world can get a glimpse into the making of what would have been the most spectacular concert ever. I am glad the other proformers, who worked so hard and were so lucky to have this chance to proform with Michael are able to be seen in this film. Do not miss this, even if you were not a true MJ fan

I am & will always be one of Michael's biggest fans. Seeing him again like this was so special and touching, I'll never forget it! I loved how the cameras really captured his spirit and to be able to see how much of his heart & soul he was putting into this was so inspiring..Michael has always been such a sweet, loving and caring man...this film truly captured his beautiful heart!!!!....I laughed & cried....... I'm DEFINITELY buying the DVD and will try very hard to go see it again before it leaves the theatre. This world will never have another Michael. He will be missed and loved forever by me and the world!
