Redford focused on a character in history that made for a fascinating movie. It's easy to see why there is a parallel to the post 9-11
hysteria. The loss of individual rights in exchange for calming the citizenry.

I appreciate having a movie with no car chases, obvious CGI and a story with characters that were compelling.

the best behind the scenes tour doc

In forty years of public life, we haven't seen anything but a polished and calculated public image.
This doc gives a rare view of how, what would have been the most complex live show, would have been produced.
It shows a pro totally in control of his music, his presenation and his ability to translate his amazing catalog into an unforgettable live show.
What a tragedy we won't ever see the fully realized vision.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
