This is one of the best acted, best scripted movies I have seen in a long time. ALL of the actors are very believable. Sandra Bullock is incredible. Quinton Aaron is absolutely awesome in portraying Michael. I highly recommend this movie. My wife wants to see it again and beleive me, that NEVER happens!!

Fantastic, wonderful, uplifting. It made me proud as a Christian and a former black Memphian. What a remarkable story. You cannot help but enjoy this film. The entire cast was awesome but Ms. Bullock took the cake. There should be an Oscar nod for her and it is truly her best career performance. And she really pulled off the "blond and Southern Belle thing".

This was one of the better movies I have seen. It is so good to know there are people out there who care about others regardless of color, shape, size. Michael's whole life was defined by one moment in his life by one family who showed love, hope, and faith. I cried throughout this whole movie...GREAT true story!

My husband and I went with another couple. This is a wonderful story of human kindness, compassion, love, and commitment. I love the strength this woman instilled in herself and her family to stand up to others for doing the right thing no matter what others might think. She didn't shrink back for fear of what someone might think or even do to her. I love this kind of story, it makes you want to be a better person and stand up with conviction for what you believe and know is right.

This movie will appeal to anyone with a heart...and especially those of us in the South who love the SEC. Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw do a wonderful job as does the actor playing Michael Oher. Go see this one. We had a full house (in Alabama) and you even heard applause for the different coaches although most of them are at different schools now! Makes you want to look around YOUR life and see the opportunities to reach out and make a difference in your own unique way. Go see it! (and ROLL TIDE) :)

I agree with another reviewer's comments. Sandra Bullock did a wonderful job. She played the character of a very strong woman, and you could always see the emotions that she was feeling without her saying it. The story was wonderful, and it was nice to know that there are still good people in the world, and things like this do happen.

It is funny and heartwarming without being sappy. Sandra Bullock does a fantastic job of allowing her emotions to show without having to tell you how she feels about Oher's plight. And you learn not to judge people by where they are but who they can be. When the tween girls are off watching Twilight, the rest of the family can enjoy this very entertaining movie. You really will come away feeling hope for the world again.
