This is a great feel good movie, The characters have heart and are believable. They draw you into them and you can't help but like them. The young boy that played SJ is awesome and I am sure we will see more of him. As well as the young man that played Mike, he was great. I think this is a good movie for all to see and learn what kindness and humanity is all about.

This movie had a great storyline that was captivating. The movie didn't rely on special effects to keep the audience's attention. Rather, it focused on the audience getting involved with the characters. You couldn't help but feel sorry for Big Mike and root for him. Certainly worth seeing and I plan on purchasing the movie as soon as it comes out on DVD because it's one that I could watch again and again.

Initially, I didn't expect much from this movie. But I quickly got involved with it and the 2 hours passed so quickly I could not believe it was over.
The two main characters are superbly portrayed and you can almost see what they are thinking.
They are supported by a great cast and the directing and production values are impressive. No need for special effects or gratuitous sex scenes. This movie was a tear jerker at points and had you ready to jump up and cheer at others.
This is a feel good story about a real person and time.
Kudos to all for making it a wonderful viewing experience.

I was luke warm about seeing this movie, but was completely surprised by how GREAT it was! I've always liked Sandra Bullock, but she wasn't her perky, smily self in this. She was a serious actress dealing with real issues. It reminded of the great job she did in "Crash." I thought she was fantastic. And the story is appealing to people of all ages. It's been out a while and the theatre was still packed. I recommend it (and already have) to everyone!

I loved this movie and so did my boyfriend. It me laugh, cry and feel angry in a 2 hour period. Really great film for families, especially those with teenage kids, to help them remember what family is really all about.

A rich, strong and straight forward southern woman takes a huge seemly slow homeless boy into her home and family. All the makings for a tragic story. Add to it that the family is white and the boy is black, it would seem to be very dark and moody but that is not this story.
Based on a true story, The Blind Side is a movie you do not want to miss. Compassion and hope overcome the dark side of life.

This movie has taken the title of my new personal favorite (previously held by the same movie for 17 years). Blind Side encompasses so much about selflessness, love, and having the courage to love when it wasn't popular to do so. I am inspired by this movie to have more courage and not care what others think. My wife and I are also strongly considering adoption of an older child some time in our future, and this movie solidified that aspiration.

Can't say enough about this movie. It held me captive from beginning to end. Sandra Bullock was at her best , as were all of the other actors.
Quinton Aaron was so humble and good, I wanted to take him home to take care of him. This is a movie not to be missed.

My husband and I found this movie to be very entertaining while maintaining the importance of being willing and able to help others. The Christian theme that was carried throughout was uplifing, reassuring and hopefully a good example for those that may be searching in the faith. My wife and I saw this together, there was something in it for both of us. As parents, a former football player and social worker, We really enjoyed this film.
Sandra Bullock was amazing as well as the other actors. I thought the child who played the youngest son was a great actor and should of got some recongnition.

Saw this movie last night with my husband- we both agreed that we could see it over and over ! It had everything- laughter, tears - for everyone- all ages, men,women . The casting was super- Sandra Bullock is a favorite and she did an amazing job. Knowing that it was a true story was so inspiring- afterwards I would think most would have a feeling of wanting to do something for someone less fortunate. I will be telling all my friends and family to see this movie.
