The Blind Side is simply a great movie, solid entertainment from start to finish. That it is based on a true story makes it all the more entertaining. When the credits began to roll at the end, no one moved from the sold-out theatre--everyone continued to watch as the real-life photos were displayed. Go see this movie!

I really enjoyed this movie, great story, truly inspirational knowing that it is based on a true story. Very good acting from Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw. I really enjoyed the little Brother SJ. Very nice job done by Quinton Aaron (Michael Oher). A film well worth seeing. It is nice to see a "make you feel good, kind of movie"

A Fantastic true story that shows the wonderful possibilities of Godly principles put into action by a committed Christian family. It was a absolute delight to watch this movie, and to see an audience enjoying it without the usual filth that Hollywood seems to think they need to sell movie tickets with. And what fun to see Sandra Bullock working outside of her usual roles. I hope the movie industry will look and listen to the crowds and bring us more like this one! Well done!

We took our teenage children (boy and girl) and a childless adult friend - All of us thought that this movie was excellent. It had believable characters, humor, drama, sports, a LITTLE romance... a BIG lesson. The fact that it was inspired by a true story made it even more appealing.

Through this beautifully acted movie, we are given a window into a truly unique family relationship. It is hard to say whether the genuine kindness of the Tuohy family or Michael Oher's gracious acceptance was more powerful. When that all-important question is asked of the protagonist- Why did you do it?- the answer comes back easily: How could you not? I have new insight into the unsung heroes of the football offensive line- it's about protecting your team, your family.

Loved this movie. Went to this movie with my husband and college age kids and we all really enjoyed the movie. A great true story of how someones love, caring, and compassion can truly change the course of a persons life. Would definitely recommend this to everyone.

Just to hear that Sandra Bullock was in this movie was enough reason for me to see it. Then I heard it was based on a true story. Another reason to see the movie. I was not disappointed. This movie is about caring, compassion, perseverance and treating your fellow man with dignity and respect. It shows that these things can be done regardless of the skin color of the giver or receiver. It's a true story so people like the Tuohey's really do exist.
