I should not of wasted my time.

I really was excited to see this movie because I loved the book...It takes place in Arkansas not in Texas and New Mexico (some in the indian territories). I did not see one scene that looked like it was in Arkansas. And then their was Jeff Bridges who played this role well but could not make a pimple on a cowboys butt...I Loved, both Matt Damon and the new Mattie was much better than the first. It was ok but half way thru I kept wondering what was up with the Monster teeth? This was a miss for me,

I was all in the mood for a really scarry movie and wow was I pleasantly surprised. This movie is a mind screw for better words. We talked about this for a few hours after we saw it and it is still on my mind. Three words of advice, GO SEE IT!

I did not want to see this movie...

But, I was pleasantly surprised! I really loved Alec Baldwin at the start of his career but of late with the things that he says politicaly and to his daughter I have stopped watching him all together. But I laughed my butt off at this. I was surprised by the crotch grab, but really enjoyed this movie and would buy it! Loved Steve Martin, an would love to see him in alot more movies!!!

All I can say is WOW!

I had read all the hype about this movie and decided to see for myself, and am I glad I did! This has got to be the most beautiful movie I have seen in a long time. The colors and the story. I know that you could say this was political, but I decided to see this as good over evil, and the beauty, WOW this I will buy the day it comes out! Do your self a favor run dont walk to see this! I am seeing this again this weekend but be advised I saw it on sunday was there 1hr early for the first showing and the theatre was 1/2 full on my arrival...

Best Movie in a very long time!

Wow, everyone said it was good and it did not disapoint! No one moved until the credits were done...I will own this one the day it comes out!! Will see it again today!

Dont waste your money

I figured they got a new director, and since the first one made a lot of money the second one would be much better but...alas no. Over done facial expressions, not enough story explanation, Horrible CG, the Vampire eyes were way over done, unless you were 16 this was not good. Lets hope it makes a ton of money and they use it wisely on the next two or this will be a waste of 4 good books!

Wow!!!!!

This was excellent! I wanted to stay and see it again. A lovely love scene, (hinted at, not shown) and 1 cuss word, this film stood on it's own without all of the dirty work. A great story, and a child that you couldnt keep your eyes off of, I just sat there and said Wow. A little hokey at times, a few effects that could of been better Yeah, but it did not matter! We were all in tears at the end. I am going back next weekend!

Amaturish Studio???

I thought while the story was good, this was a low budget movie. The sound was very poor, and the effects for this time, were very amaturish. I would hope that the next one will be up to par for this kind of money maker. The cast was very good, just wish the studio was better.

The Dark Knight

I loved this movie. I have seen all of the Batman series but did not ever read the comics, so I do not know the validity of the story but I think Christian Bale is the best Batman of them all. The story got a little long around the death of his love interest and the 2 face character could of had a longer role but in all I loved it! Bring on the next one. Did anyone think Christian Bale needed about 20 more pounds? He looked almost gaunt....
