No need for coffee for a month after this! Going to the gym now too, these guys bring action movie to a whole new level. There will have to be a sequel and the master Stallone is the guy to do it. He might have to bring Jesse The Body and Mr. T to the table to out do this one though.

This is one of the most action packed movies I have seen in years. If you like martial arts - Statham and Li will not let you down. They have some serious moves in the Expendables! Even the non-action scenes keep you on the edge of your seat.

This was a great time and totally delivered in every way. For those of us who grew up on 80's action films, this was a throwback to those great days of real manly man explosions and fights, taken to a new level. I also liked the emotion in this film (re: the scene between Rourke and Stallone - the woman on the bridge). Go see this film - you won't be disappointed!

Great movie from start to finish! I don't generally like 'shoot um up' movies...but this one is by far the best one I've ever seen. Great script, great actors, and definately a non-stop action movie. This is definately a movie to take your husband or boy friend to see!

I went because it was my husband's turn to pick the movie, and really wasn't expecting to like it. It actually turned out to be a good action movie. It wasn't overly bloody or gorey but still had good action. There was some humor thrown in as well. The scene with Arnold, Stallone, and Bruce was awesome. I was pleasantly surprised.

I went to see this movie because I grew up with Stallone, Schwarzenegger, and action movies like this one I thought they did a great job on this movie. A lot of ACTION!!!! Just like I hoped it would be. If you like those movies without a lot of deep thinking this movie is right up your alley. The acting was good, even bits of humor was added. I would recommend this movie and it was worth the money, and I hope he does another one!!!!

I have to admit that I wasn't exactly thrilled about going to see this movie, because of violent nature of it. But, I actually enjoyed this movie! It had me kickboxing in my seat. If you're excited about seeing this movie then you already have certain expectations about it....and they won't let you down. /you already know it's not going to win an oscar and that's not why you want to see it in the first place. When I first saw this movie advertised and saw the all star lineup I knew it had to be crazy. It was. Action almost 100% of the way through and incredibly gruesome realism. If you like action shooter gore type films then see this. You wlll NOT be disappointed.

The story isn't going to win awards for originality but I knew that coming into the movie. This film instead focuses on the insane action sequences. In that category the movie has no equal. As for summer movies, I'd probably rank this second behind Inception. Overall for the year my list is a mixture of titles but this would probably land in the top 5.

Last night, my friend and I (2 girls) went to see 'The Expendables'. It was awesome and in my mind, tied for the favorite movie of the year. It is now the favorite movie of the year for the 'country girl' side of me . ('Inception' is the year's favorite movie for the 'city girl side'.) keke It was a riot to see all the stars I grew up with... plus Jet Li of course, who was very cute and funny in his role!! He was one of my favorite characters!

This is a movie made specifically for the action. The plot is thin, the dialogue and action are very 70s but the action is fabulous. some of the jokes had the entire audince burst out laughing or at least chuckling in appreciation. This movie is definitely not for the squeamish or the faint of heart. When people get blown up, they get b-l-o-w-n up. All the exaggeration of cool dialogues are depictied in full color with over the top blood spurts. Blood Guts and Gore galore. No suspension of disbelief here. You know it is over the top and enjoy it anyway. No thinking required. It was fun and very very loud.

Devout followers of the View may be the only ones that do not enjoy a movie like this, but the rest of us that like seeing terrorists get demolished and action stars do what they are meant to do, this is a must see film. Stallone delivers once again!

Loved the cast! He definitely put the best together. Loved the fight scene between Steve Austin and Stallone! No plot but plenty of action. Not for everyone, but if you just want a straight up action film, this is it.

In typical "RAMBO" fashion, Stallone kicks butt and takes names. I absolutely loved this movie. Great ACTION great edge of my seat suspense, and as always in his movies, the GOOD GUYS WIN OUT in the end. If you are squeemish about bloody battles then, its not for you, but I thought it was great and I am a WOMAN!!
