This movie is aweful! Adam Sandler wasn't bad..but EVERYONE else was! I usually really like Kevin James and even he stunk. Also, I could do without the constant zooming in on boobs. Not to mention the blonde giraffe running around in platforms bending over in about half the movie. Lame, childish, and just a waste of money.

Yeah, there were a few laughs. Yeah, there were a lot of stars in it, but it wasn't worth the 20 bucks my wife & I forked over. I'm in the same age category as the characters in the movie, but I didn't like it much. there were several jokes that I could relate to, but I still didn't feel that I connected w/ any of the parents. The jokes were spread out too far & it felt way too much like a cheap Disney "movie of the week". The writing was pretty bad & most of the time, I didn't know the plot & where the movie was going. A redbox rental at best.

The movie is bad. The cast is good, but the story is very lame. There are few incidents in the movie where you actually feel like laughing. Even those are cheap scenes, which are gross comedy. Rob Schneider needs to do a role of different kind. In every single movie he does the same kind of lame role. Other than Adam Sandler, the rest of the cast is hopeless.

I think this was one of the best Sandler movies I've seen in awhile. The cast had great chemistry and they brought humor along with a good message. A bit rough around the edges to be considered a completely family friendly movie, but not too bad considering the other choices of movies out there.

Adam Sandler did a nice job of pulling on a number of former SNL cast members as well as a cameo by Steve Buscemi in a movie that speaks to focusing on family and understanding we all have some level of dysfunctionality in them all. Rob Schneider was pretty funny too.

I went to see this movie with fairly high expectations. The last couple Adam Sandler movies disappointed me, but I thought we'd give this one a try, and we were not disappointed! The 5 guys together with Adam Sandlers normal group make this movie very funny. And... the entire cast was very well picked and placed, as usual for an Adam Sandler movie. There weren't too may flashbacks or tear jerking scenes. Just good, solid, normal humor. A must see!

I love stupid humor as much as anyone. And I love the cast in this movie. However, the jokes were horribly written. Poor timing and delivery. And the acting was generally poor enough where I was rolling my eyes half the movie. The storyline was terrible and made me lose interest quickly.
I thought this cast would be able to harness some magic from the Happy Gilmore days, but it ended up being just a bunch of recycled jokes in a totally unoriginal attempt at making the audience laugh.

My husband and I both enjoyed this movie. It is a funny movie - the kind that you would expect from these guys. If you go to it expecting that, you will leave happy. It had a lot of sexual innuendos that would make me question bringing my young teen along to it. But otherwise a relatively clean movie. It emphasizes getting kids back to the simpler times in life without all of the electronic gadgets, being honest and appreciating the things in life you do have. It makes you remember all of the things you did growing up. ;-)

I took my wife to see this and we both just couldn't stop laughing. Grown ups had everything we were looking for in a movie. It wasn't about sex, drugs, and everything else that is being depicted in movies today. It was a great movie we wouldn't mind seeing it again.

This movie is a laugh a minute. I loved seeing all the former SNL actors together. It also has avery sweet ending. Overall - one of the most enjoyable movies I have seen in a long time!

Took my grandson and grandaughter we all enjoyed it , one of Adam Sandlers good movies, felt the ending was good and had amoral value to it, alot of laughs and did not take offense at child at mothers breast but was glad to see he moved on to a carton of milk

...this is not the best or worst Sandler movie. But don't think because of the PG-13 rating that you can take kids. It was embarrassing to have to sit through the long drawn out breast feeding joke that was tired by the time they got the kid to drink out of a carton. There were some funny parts, but I would not have seen the movie if the cast wasn't as big as it was. I would wait for DVD knowing what I know now, but if you have seen everything else then you might give this one a look. Better than Chuck and Larry, no where near Waterboy, Billy Madison, and other classic Sandler.
