"Grown Ups" was more fun than a barrel full of monkeys! I hadn't laughed so hard since "Zohan". It was the perfect escape after a rough day at work,
The all-star cast was superb. Every character was hilarious! Not to mention the beautiful eye candy provided by Salma Hayek and the hot chicks in this flic!
There was a nice blend of family and friendship in the story too. With Adam Sandler leading the pack, the grown ups are just as wild & crazy as the kids.
I came out the theater feeling good and all smiles! In this messed up economy, that's saying something!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Cheerful and surprisingly heartfelt, it's a crude and a decent-hearted outing. At its best, the film is just a bunch of guys who just enjoy each other's company, nothing more, nothing less. These are funny people, and the movie is loosely structured enough to showcase all of their talents. It's not bad, but you can save your money and wait for dvd.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I was anxiously awaiting this movie and it didnt disappoint. I love Adam Sandler, Kevin James and Chris Rock. It was a great comedy in a beautiful setting with an excellent cast of characters and it had a moral to it too. It wasn't just another pointless comedy. The laughs were good, the only negative is i think they under played Chris Rocks comedy, his character is very understated in this role
Yes, I recommend this movie.

After a few of the last Sandler movies, wasn't expecting much--Thank Goodness this one has been tamed! Great laughs, reminiscient of one's own reunion with school pals, with a little lesson on priorities and bonds that last. Yes it accentuates some juvenile humor--maybe can't embrace arrow roulette, yet my generation threw Jarts @ each other! Interaction with the families wasn't overplayed, yet Schneider's role with Spring-Autumn relationship was awkward yet managed to not go too far. Need a good laugh? Worth the price of admission!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This appears to be a movie where old friends re-visit their past lives together growing up. For someone that hasn't seen this movie, you really can't judge a movie until you have seen it. Kevin James never made it to SNL, though he auditioned. Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, David Spade are no has beens. Except for Rob Schneider, that's different. Maybe this movie is not meant for you, MikeHunt. There is nothing wrong with re-living your childhood. Never let that inner-child die. If you do, people will look at you as a dull individual.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This has to be the worst idea yet. Getting a bunch of SNL has beens who can't carry a picture on their own together with the funniest thing having them p in a pool. Wow, that is incredible writing. Don't forget to put in a scene where a fat guy hits himself in the nuts and you have a guaranteed straight to video success.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
