I absolutely loved everything about this movie, even more than the first two films. But... having read all three books, this one left me wondering what happened to the last half of the book which is such an amazing story. Is there to be yet another movie??? Hope so.

Loved the comedy, action, drama, romance and of course the very intense moments!! This film has it all and is definitely the best of the series thus far. The acting was brilliant and very moving. If you're not a "TWI-HARD" fan. You should be.

I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOVED THIS MOVIE!! I could watch it over and over again!! The acting, fighting, romance, comedy.. It was all GREAT!! HOWEVER I DID NOOOOOT like the new Victoria!! Her hair was horrible. She totally ruined the part.. Idk why they couldn't use the orginial Victoria. But that aside... ITS A MUUUUUUST SEE!! Thank you David for the wonderful movie!! I can't wait to see Breaking Dawn now!

I loved this movie! It was definately the best of the saga so far! I was not a fan of the 1st one, and I didn't love the 2nd one, but this one was really great! It evoked the same feelings that I felt when I read the book! I think that's a hard thing for a movie to do. Bella's struggle to choose between Edward and Jacob was very well portrayed. You should really see this movie in the theatre. It was a really great atmosphere to watch the movie in!

Forgetting the fact that I'm insane for Robert, and not in the "demographics" age range for this saga, I loved "Eclipse"! It was, in my opinion, better than the first two. Of course, if you've read the books, you will notice things missing/out of place, but who cares?? The acting and action were excellent and I'm absolutely ready to see it again!

I have to say they hit it dead on with this Director! He kept the idol chichat to a minimum, he definitely directed the fight scenes better than prior directors. I think Eclipse is the best movie yet. I would have liked it to be longer, just as all the other movies, because there is too much content from the books that is left off screen.

I personally, am a huge fan of the books and the movies. However, I went with a Twilight "virgin" to Eclipse last night and she enjoyed the movie very much, even without knowing any background except the absolute basics. Vampire and Human fall in love, theres some wolves, and thats about it...
Now from the "mega-fan" standpoint this was by far the best so far in the series. More action, more background stories, and more romance. My only complaint lies within the super-close up camera work the director chose for most of the scenes in the movie. It got a little annoying by the end of the 2 hours... but the Cullens did look amazing. Action/Chroreography was a million times better. Even if you've tried the Twilight Saga and weren't impressed this movie is worth watching.

This segment followed the books story line really well. You even knew what was going on if you didn't read the book. Again, Bella leaves a bit to be desired, but Edward and Jason were All That! The scenery was Beautiful. Can't wait til next movie.

This was definitely the best movie yet! The past two have been a little too mushy for my taste but this one was wonderful! Just the right amount of romance, action, and danger mixed in - hands down the best. David Slade has done a marvelous job!

This was the best book AND the best movie so far. FINALLY the characters ACT strongly in the movie like they read in the book. A few of my favorite connecting parts from the book were left out, but it still held together fairly well. They hit all of the main points. I would recommend seeing this movie and will purchase it when it comes out on DVD.
Hurry up and get going on Breaking dawn!

Maybe I need to see it again to make a real judgement, but it was good. I don't think it was my favorite of the three thusfar (#2 is). I like that there is a lot more humor in this one, the action was great. Hubby liked it. The wolf scenes were all my favorite. Kinda felt like the beginning moved too fast thru the story... kind of choppy. I don't feel the need to see this one 17 times, but I would like to see it again, home alone, where I don't have to be distracted by the hoots from the theatre audience every time Jacob and his lovely torso come onto scene.

My boyfriend and I saw Eclipse at the midnight showing the other night. We both liked the movie. It was definately the best of the 3 movie in the Twilight Saga. I actually didn't really like Ecliplse the book at all, so I was glad the movie was much better in comparison. My boyfriend liked the action packed fight scenes and the realism of the wolves. I can't wait for Breaking Dawn. It was my favorite of all the books. I'm hoping the movie lives up to expectations. I recommend Eclipse for guy and girl alike, any age.

...and I say that as a closet Twilight fan. I've always had a fondness for these movies because of their sheer amusingly awkward moments and while those were still present, the action of Eclipse made this film for the first time a well rounded product. The previous movies, I felt, had a hard time translating the largely emotional plot of the books (everything happens in Bella's head and you cannot narrate an entire film) into an actual movie. That didn't happen here.
I also felt the acting seemed greatly improved, it was much easier to take everyone seriously.
I want to see this movie again not just because I'm a fan but because it was genuinely good. And, let me just say, I wouldn't mind watching the "tent scene" over and over again.

I was not really as impressed with this movie as I was with the other two. I did not feel that it was as passionate and involving. But I did enjoy seeing the Cullins get their hands dirty. Overall it was an ok movie. It kind of leaves you hanging at the end but I would still recommend that my friends go and see it.

I saw this movie last night and I absolutely loved it! Considering how terrible New Moon was, I was afraid Eclipse was going to be the same. Let me tell you, this movie was WAY beyond my expectations!! They finally made the movie true to the book! I'm so glad they did because it had been awhile since I last read it and after seeing the movie I can now remember it chapter but chapter. Overall, if you enjoyed twilight, you'll really enjoy Eclipse. I highly recommend. I will be seeing this movie again this weekend! True fan :)

I'm not normally a fan of the first two Twilight movies, but my fiance is. This one, as a guy and a non-reader of the books, I found I liked much more easily. After getting through the massive exposition of the first two movies, the drama and action is ramped up in this film when it culminates in a visceral battle between the vampires and the werewolves. It's interesting to get backstory on some more of the characters, though certain parts of story/exposition feel as if it could have been done better. Probably would still be better to read the books to get the full story, but this one made me feel like I was finally invested in what was going on.
