Better Than The First Two

I'm not normally a fan of the first two Twilight movies, but my fiance is. This one, as a guy and a non-reader of the books, I found I liked much more easily. After getting through the massive exposition of the first two movies, the drama and action is ramped up in this film when it culminates in a visceral battle between the vampires and the werewolves. It's interesting to get backstory on some more of the characters, though certain parts of story/exposition feel as if it could have been done better. Probably would still be better to read the books to get the full story, but this one made me feel like I was finally invested in what was going on.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
