As a Twihard I will never be truly happy with any movie that doesn't follow the book exactly. Lol but on the whole this is the best so far in the Twilight Saga! It stayed close to the true story line, I wish they had gotten into more detail about jaspers backround, but it was really great. The story held true, the hair and make up artist from New Moon was fired Thank God!!!! The acting was even better and R.P. has definitely been working out! I would recommend this movie to anyone, even those who haven't read the books although I always recommmend anyone read the book before seeing the movie, because as all of us reader's out there know... The book is always way better than the movie! I am extremely impressed with Eclipse and look forward to seeing both Breaking Dawns...... I just wish we didn't have to wait so long!!!!!!!

I went to the midnight showing of Eclipse. The movie was great. It is by far the best movie in the Twilight series. Davide Slade did an excellent job directing this movie. I am also very pleased that the soundtrack is way better than the New Moon soundtrack. There were parts of the movie I thought could have been done better...truer to the book. And there were parts of the book I was disappointed to see didn't make it into the movie. I was also disappointed that the movie wasn't longer. Considering the fact that Eclipse is a longer book than New Moon, I was expecting an extra 30 minutes to be added to the movie Eclipse. Although I loved this movie I have two major complaints about it...the transitions from one scene to the next were utterly horrible. And the second complaint is that the movie lacked the intensity that the book had. This movie was darker but it didn't reflect the intensity of the book.
I would still highly recommend this movie. It was awesome but could have been so much more at the same time. I plan to watch it over and over and over again.

Truly enjoyed this movie! Loved the character "past" information and the cinematography was awesome. Definately better than New Moon. My favorite scene has got to be where Edward sees Jacob without shirt and says.... well, you just GOTTA see it!

Eclipse was absolutely stunning and spectacular! My favorite movie so far. The actors seemed so much more into their roles and it truly felt like the book just popped out of my head onto screen. It was so much like the image I had in my head, I was amazed! There are plenty of great scenes b.t Bella-Jacob and Bella-Edward. Jacob with his shirt off <333 The actors portrayed betrayal and heartache beautifully. A definitely must see for twilight fans!!!! ;D

This was the best movie so far in the series. The first one was dreadful and the second was a soap operah, but this one was an actual movie. I enjoyed it a lot because it finally had a plot and some suspense in the movie that gave me a reason to continue watching. There was a lot of action in it too that kept me entertained. I know the ending was supposedly by the book, but I still say they should have ended it before the very last scene with the flowers, and ended it when she was done speaking to Jacob. But other than that, this was actually a good movie and I don't even really care for Twilight to begin with. It was not a waste of time or money, I'd go see it.

The best one so far!! The acting was alot better too!! Kept pretty much to the book, although wished the "bed in the room" scene had been more like the book. I really liked the more intense romance scenes. The fight scenes were incredible. Great movie!!!!!!!!!!!!

The movie was better than the previous two installments in terms of acting and storyline. The storyline is better because the third book is better. The acting still is....ok.
The very best thing about the Twilight saga is the atmosphere of the crowd. Everyone is excited. The whole Team Jacob / Team Edward debate just adds to the fun. Middle-aged women who giggle at Pattinson's smile and Lautner's bare chest makes for a family-friendly take on the "rowdy" crowd. No sex scenes or foul language in a movie with this much hype and the box office numbers? Love it!

It was pretty good, the love story semed much more developed and real between all three of them, however, I feel like they had to pack it all in so much that w missed a lot ofthe wondferful parts of the book. Also, they didn't focus on the battle hardly at all which was a big partas well as the love triangle. That was a little disappointing.

This movie was incredible! I felt like I was watching my favorite soap opera!! There was plenty of drama, and the intensity between Bella, Edward & Jacob made every moment of the movie breathtaking! I can't wait for the next one, and to keep buying them as they come out so I can watch them over and over again...I will never get tired of watching it!

I enjoyed this movie because it was a sweet unusual unraveling of a love story. There was mild violence and to me it seemed like a family oriented movie if your children are mature enough. I now know why teens across America love the Twilight Saga!

The third installment of the Twilight Saga did not disappoint as far as keeping to the storyline in the book, as well as cramming all those MUST SEE scenes into one movie (Rosalie & Jasper's backstory, the vampire army, Bella & Charlie's sex convo, Bella & Edward's sex convo) ANDDD lots of hot shirtless wolfpack and smoldering Edward shots. Yay!

I honestly believe this movie is the best of the three installments. David Slade was perfect for this one. Eclipse (book) was dark and on the edge. This movie brings it out on the screen of everything you imagined. I loved it and can’t stop thinking about it. I will see this in the theaters more than once that is how much I love it. I recommend this movie to all twi-hards and non twi-hards. THIS IS A MUST SEE!

The movie was completely awesome, and it followed the book so well. I was so proud. I was so amazed that i was able to know the whole movie by heart because of how well it matched the book. Even if you hadn't read the book you will love it. The movie is intense with awesome scenes. Definitly the best movie by far and definitly my fave. This was my favorite book and movie. Definitly a go and see movie.

I really enjoyed the other two movies, but Eclipse was the icing on the cake!!! And speaking of sweet and yummy... Jacob is for sure in that category.
Back to the movie, it has action, romance, and unexpected humor.
Very close to the book too.
I am going to watch it again.
