Best Twilight Saga Movie

I went to the midnight showing of Eclipse. The movie was great. It is by far the best movie in the Twilight series. Davide Slade did an excellent job directing this movie. I am also very pleased that the soundtrack is way better than the New Moon soundtrack. There were parts of the movie I thought could have been done better...truer to the book. And there were parts of the book I was disappointed to see didn't make it into the movie. I was also disappointed that the movie wasn't longer. Considering the fact that Eclipse is a longer book than New Moon, I was expecting an extra 30 minutes to be added to the movie Eclipse. Although I loved this movie I have two major complaints about it...the transitions from one scene to the next were utterly horrible. And the second complaint is that the movie lacked the intensity that the book had. This movie was darker but it didn't reflect the intensity of the book.
I would still highly recommend this movie. It was awesome but could have been so much more at the same time. I plan to watch it over and over and over again.

New Moon

I had the opportunity to see an advanced screening of New Moon last night. I am a die hard Twilight Saga fan so I was so excited to see the movie. In my opinion the movie was really good. It was done much better than Twilight. The acting was much improved as well. However, I was disappointed with the movie as it did not follow the book as well as Twilight did. There were significant parts left out (there are quite a few to name). Also, I did not like the fact that Bella was sending emails to Alice as her "narration" of the story. I also didn't like the fact that the significant parts in the book happened in different scenes in the movie. Overall, I loved the movie. I was disappointed because I feel it could have been so much better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
