It is evident with each of the Twilight movies that they have more money to put into "cinema talent". Excellent camera angles, great special effects and much much better lighting to go with a great cast. Well done.
Robert Downey Jr was absolutely brilliant. Jud e Law was a very welcome change from the old bumbling Dr. Watson. The time period was very believable with the dark London photography method.
The books were so much better. I had hoped that the greater budget would really produce an impressive film, but special effects though good could not carry the whole movie with all of the pouty teenagers.
Quite good. It helped fill in a few holes in the movies that follow. The middle ages sword fights and horseplay were a nicely done effect. I could have lived without quit so much gore though.
