I only noticed one scene that was vastly different from the book. If you get dizzy easily, make sure you are far back from the screen. The camera circles around the character quite a lot. Beyond that it was terrific. My friends, who haven't read the books, kept asking what was going to happen next. I wouldn't tell them, though! Can't wait for the next one.

The move was excellent, suck to the storyline of the book very well. If you've ever loved someone you couldn't have, you'll shed a tear for Jacob. Great time at the movies. I'll defiantly see it again. Can't wait until the DVD.

I'm always unsure about book to movie adaptations but this movie was excellent. Very well done. I'd recommend this movie to both those who have and those who have not read the Twilight Saga books.

My daughter went to go see it and she said "The most AMAZING movie I have ever seen, I would go see it again and again. Taylor Lautner is so hot" so I am guessing it was a great movie. :)

I surprisingly enjoyed it very much. Out of all 4 books, this one was my least favorite due to the long focus on developing the friendship between Jacob and Bella. However it was so well illustrated that I hardly noticed. I love the way it matches the book almost exactly as written. The visuals of the werewolves was so much more effective and convincing than I imagined. The long separation between Bella and Edward made their reunion even more enjoyable. The characters in the book really come to life on the screen. I will look forward to Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. Keep up the consistency with Stephanie Meyer's original story, it is perfect as it is written.

Not having read the book (books having more time to develop themes and character), I did not have any pre-conceived expectations. Having said that, there were some spots in the story that I felt needed a little more coverage (explanation).{ A-} for the screen play. The actors, the majority of which are not 15, 20 or 30 year veterans of the craft, are quite good.{ A} for the actors. {A+} for the director, getting from the actors what he wanted.
The tech side of the film was superb.{ A++}

While the first movie flew by, the second is a bit long (and at times cheesy). While it followed the book, I prefer the first movie's directing style over this one. Hopefully other Twilight fans will not be as disappointed as I was.

I loved New Moon. Chris Weitz did an excellent job in re-creating mood of book throughout the movie. The passage of time during Bella's depression was done perfectly. Great special effects. Cast was wonderful. Movie closer to original story than Twilight. Great job in determining the most important dialogue. There was one scene that I thought was corny, but If you've read the book, you appreciate why it was done that way. Even if you haven't read the book, you'll enjoy it, but you'll get a lot more out of it if you've read the book.

New Moon amazed me. I'm still in amazement so many hours after seeing it. I can't even understand how this is a sequel to the first film as it was such a major improvement from the last one. I really did like the first film, but I liked this one so much better. It was amazing and I definitely recommend it.

So unless you're a HOPELESS romantic, you'll be laughing at all the cheese. Now this is the book's fault but Bella & Edward are the worst couple of all time. It's no wonder why all the emo kids were first in line for this one. BUT, guess who saved this sob story -- Taylor Lautner! Boy is BEAUTIFUL and makes my 10 bucks worth it. Plus he turns into a wolf? Good one Stephenie Meyer!
Despite all the cheesiness, I admit that I wish the movie didn't end. Who doesn't love werewolf & vampire action scenes?
I feel bad for Harry Potter, they've got some serious competition (especially with Hot Topic merchandising HAHA)

Wow! If you are a lover of the books, you will definitely not be disappointed by this movie. I would have to say that you can tell they definitely had more money to spend on this movie than the last. The director did an amazing job! The cast was great! And eye candy galore!! Oh and the ending leaves you wanting to stay in the theater until Eclipse comes out!

Twilight New Moon was a disappointment. Dakota fanning bought hope for the movie's ability to aquire an actress that captured the personality of a key character. The Father (charlie) remains my favorite movie characer. It is shameful that the supporting cast were the heavys of this movie. The one liners, the horrible soundtract in comparison to the first Twilight, the poor characte developement, the horific effects, the sloppy transitions, the rush through on vital scenes, the aweful acting on the main characters' part left me thirsty to read all 4 books again to repair the damage done. On a positive note Kristen stewart was beautiful and so was Jacob, but that is all they brought to the table.
