I loved New Moon. Chris Weitz did an excellent job in re-creating mood of book throughout the movie. The passage of time during Bella's depression was done perfectly. Great special effects. Cast was wonderful. Movie closer to original story than Twilight. Great job in determining the most important dialogue. There was one scene that I thought was corny, but If you've read the book, you appreciate why it was done that way. Even if you haven't read the book, you'll enjoy it, but you'll get a lot more out of it if you've read the book.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
