After being dissapointed by the first movie, I was hesitant about seeing New Moon. I went because my daughter and I had read all the books and my teen niece is a huge fan. We loved it!! It had everything that the first didn't . . . great special effects, a much more believable Jacob, and the cinematography was much better than I ever expected. Where Twilight was dark, New Moon was a shining star. The werewolves were so cleverly done that all three of us jumped at one point. The characters have really grown. Stewart and Pattinson were totally enjoyable. NIce to see veteran character actor Graham Greene. Thanks Hollywood for not letting us down.

I just saw this movie yesterday and what a disappointment, it was so boring, there was no story, it was just "Bella" thinking about "Edward" the whole time, I was anxious for the movie to be over, the first one was really good and I thought this one would be better but not even, is just not worth it. I was literally falling to sleep but I had to struggle to stay awake because I had already spend $11 dollars on this dump movie, what a waste of time.

This movie was even better than the first! It stays very faithful to the book, yet puts it all in 3D for us. The acting in the second movie was appreciably better than the first movie. I can't wait for the next one, but I will be seeing this one at least once more while it is in the theater!

I thought this movie was great. It was not quite as good as Twilight, but it did not disapoint. I would definitely recommend this movie to any of either Edward (Rob Pattinson) or Jake fans.

I enjoyed the movie. I am willing to watch it again too. Still I think the movie had some over exaggerating parts to it that just made the movie hilarious, but other than that I really enjoyed the movie I can't wiat until Eclipse comes and right after that the one that I looking more forward to watch BREAKING DAWN. I hope both of them actually turn out great. I can't wait!

Since I'd already read all four books I knew exactly what would happen. However, the movie was so good and so well directed that I stil found myself on the edge of my seat. Everything about it was incredible and even though this was my least favorite book of the four, the movie was so incredibly captivating. I can only imagine what it was like for those who had never read the book.

I love the books, but so far I haven't been impressed by the movies. I like them because of the books, but I can see why people think its so cheesey. The acting is pretty bad for most of the characters. I was impressed with the wolfpack's acting. I thought they were good! I know girls everywhere will hate me but I thought Robert Pattinson was awful! I was kind of embarrassed for him!

I honestly loved this movie. Hands down, full stop, I enjoyed every minute of it.
Now, granted, I am a Twilight Fanatic, I admit it. So was I predisposed to like it? Probably. Did it dim my enjoyment of it? Not in the least. Did I wish Edward was a bigger part of it! ABSOLUTELY. That being said, I realize to follow the story, they had to keep his part to a minimum, but I like the eye candy and I am 25 years old, so checking out Jacob just feels creepy.
I really enjoyed New Moon, almost as much as the original Twilight, and I cannot wait until Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. I will be the first person waiting in line just like this time!!! It was a blast!

I thought this movie was on a different level compared to Twilight. The production quality was outstanding. The acting was much better than Twilight. I felt like Kristen Stewart played Bella much more how I imagined Bella, than the way she played her in the first movie. The special effects were great. Taylor Lautner played Jacob perfectly! The parts that were changed in the movie from the book are understandable and sometimes necessary. It flowed perfectly. If you are a fan of the books, which most people are, you will love this movie because it followed the book amazingly. I hope they are considering Chris Weitz for Breaking Dawn...I think he'd be up for the challenge!

So it's a little embarassing to admit that I am a mom and a Twilight fan as well. My daughter got me hooked, and I can't wait for Eclipse to come out. I think the acting in New Moon was great and the ending left me anticipating the next movie. So to New Moon, a big two thumbs up!

I found myself so drawn into the characters, i wasn't sure whose team i was on anymore! The new director made a huge difference, and the movie was much better made. The acting was so intense, i was completely absorbed the whole 2 hours and 10 minutes. Though the ending left me sitting there in my seat, stunned.

I enjoyed this movie very much,I have read all of the books and this movie stayed true to the book. The only complaint that I have is the chemistry between Bella and Edward. I just didnt feel it as much as the chemistry between Jacob and Bella. Over all it is a great film and I would pay to see it again.

The emptiness you feel when you finish reading the series is kind of embarrassing to admit; yet true. The movies are mere glimpses of parts of each book and I'll take it! They had tons more money for New Moon so they were able to incorporate much more than the first so I thought it was very exciting. You want to stay in Stephenie Meyer's enticing fantasy world without end. Having portions of it acted out on screen is a way to keep living in that world we love to escape to :-) It's great fun!

First I want to say I wasn't a fan Twilight until New Moon! The characters were more developed, we learn some new secrets and you get to see Jacob... shirtless... A Lot! Bella and Edward's relationship hits an important road block, If you want to be with a vampire, you have to give up your soul. That's a big deal for most mortals but Bella isn't too concerned as long as she's with Edward. Jacob enters the picture when Edward leaves Bella in order to protect her. You see there's definitely something between Jacob and Bella. Jacob's influence has a strong potential to mess things up for the star-crossed lovers. Until the next installment, Team Jacon!

Absolutely awesome movie. Loved the special effects, loved how they brought the Volturi and the town to life. A beautiful love story was handled very well and very close to the book. Kudos to the screenwriters.
And Jacob, OMG; Taylor looked amazing. He sure does not look like a 17-yr old. I don't remember them looking like that when I went to HS but I guess if you are a werewolf, that is what you should look like. Again, awesome movie. Will be seeing it again.

I loved New Moon. best movie so far (: I've read all 4 books 2 times besides Breaking Dawn whcih i've read 7 (: but I thought New Moon was excellent even though they left some things out but they added some that made up for it (: oh and i love Rob pattinson great actor! and perfecttly fits Edward Cullen♥ I love The Twilight Saga!!!♥
