First I want to say I wasn't a fan Twilight until New Moon! The characters were more developed, we learn some new secrets and you get to see Jacob... shirtless... A Lot! Bella and Edward's relationship hits an important road block, If you want to be with a vampire, you have to give up your soul. That's a big deal for most mortals but Bella isn't too concerned as long as she's with Edward. Jacob enters the picture when Edward leaves Bella in order to protect her. You see there's definitely something between Jacob and Bella. Jacob's influence has a strong potential to mess things up for the star-crossed lovers. Until the next installment, Team Jacon!
It was pretty much your average slasher flick with a twist of 3D. That's what made the movie good. Although a lot of the blood & gore scenes were kind of cheesy, having them up in your face because of the 3D feature and not knowing when the killer was going to strike next was pretty suspenseful. It made the experience worth while.
I want to first start by saying I am a huge fan of the Saw series and I will definitely see the next installment but this last movie really lacked something... Originality. I feel the movie was created solely to create a story line for jigsaw so called "accomplice" that we didn't see til part 4. Plus the plot didn't exactly link to jigsaw like the other movies. The murders had nothing to do with Jigsaw's purpose. All of the previous victim's were somehow linked to jigsaw and the death of his unborn child. The victim's in this were linked to eachother but had nothing to do with jigsaw. Therefore I don't see how the accomplice is carrying on his work. Maybe his legacy but not his work. I guess you can be the judge on that.
