it was the best movie ever, i would watch it over n over. jacob was hottt with that shirt off i would lick him all over. my friends n i have been waiting for that movie all year. the movie was beautiful u can feel every emotion n every character felt it. the ending i didnt like it i wanted more, but i guess i can wait 7 more months for elispe will be better.

I just have to say I am so amazed at how great this movie was. I absolutely love the books, and I thought the first movie was pretty good, but this one was terrific! Chris Weitz did such an awesome job on the effects. The vampires look so great, and the wolves.....WOW!!! I thought he followed the book even better than Catherine Hardwicke. Also, I was not a huge fan of Taylor Lautner playing Jacob, but man does he bring it for this movie. Well worth the 5 hour wait at the theatre!

New Moon was much better than the first one. which is a great thing. I knew that the graphics would be upgrade, but they completely kicked up the action (excellent). Despite the wrong music at times and slightly overacting it was pretty good. I was a little distracted by Alice wig, it was bad. she was perfect in the first one. Also what happen to Jasper's hair. I didn't like Jacob in the first movie, but he kept a big grin on my face in this one. Chris Weitz POV was very interesting and brought the twilight saga to another level. Victoria was excellent love her. Can't wait to see what the next director does for eclipse (30 June 2010)

I absoulty LOVE the Twilight Saga!!! This was so much better then the first one, not far from the book at all. I would have watched it for 2 more hours. I will go see it again!! Now all I have to do is wait for June...
P.S.Even though Jacob does his thing in this movie... I am still TEAM EDWARD!!

New Moon is, in a word, EXCELLENT! I was very happy to see how the characters developed since the making of Twilight - much better acting by Kristin Stewart this time around. Also, I think having the new director made a signifcant improvement - Twilight seemed very campy, but New Moon did a wonderful job in bringing the book to life. Even though I've read the book, this movie still managed to keep me on the edge of my seat. I can't wait for Eclipse!!

After seeing the first movie Twilight I have been hooked. I immediately went out and bought New Moon. Since completing it I have been counting down the days until it's release. The movie filled my expectations. 2hrs flew by and I wanted to see more. The movie made me want to run home and pick up Breaking Dawn and begin reading immediately. Before the movie I was definitely Team Edward but now I am torn between Edward and Jacob. Can't wait for the next movie!

Having read the books & seen Twilight several times, my greatest concern was with the new director taking it in a different direction. But I was thrilled to see that for this book he brought the excitement level to life, it was fantastic. Would have liked to have seen more of the romantic aspects of this book, which I think the previous director would have presented. All in All Worth Seeing!

It has better romance than first movie. wolf and vampire argue about Bella. Bella will learn of her worthy role in vampire family. Edward will understand how much he truly love Bella. Jacob finally understood his feeling toward Bella and Bella unable to return it. Some bright light in movie hurt my eye. But it is worthy of your time to watch it even i read all book series.

New Moon may have been a bit off from the book, but WHAT book turned into a movie isnt? it portrayed the characters and emotions of the novel very well. It was close enough to the actuall dialouge and i enjoyed it very much. It has come a long way from Twilight and I hope it continues to improve and Im looking forward to another round.

It was Good, they ended it in a good way, so it makes you wanna know what Bella says to Edward (even thought I have read all the books I know what happens), but of course like any book being made into the movie, its not as good as the book. My boyfriend went with me, and he said he thought it was better than Twilight. I cant wait until eclipse comes out.. I will be buying the New Moon when it comes out on DVD.

Jacobs plus 30 lbs frame Lets just say WOW. Oh yeah - he was - WOW. I am very happily married to a very fit and wonderful Man - but WOW. I thought the teenagers and (my daughter included- and some middle age cougars) were going to forget their religion for a moment. In fact when we get to see a full chest of Edward Cullen - it is a little bit of a let down - oddly enough. Overall - much better than the first. Worth the wait and the ending is fantastic. Should small kids come? If there are scared of wolfs or you are uncomfortable with marble cracking blows of fighting - then no. No you know what, no bad words, no drugs, no smoking and it is a hit -imagine that Hollywood! Loved every minute of it and recommend it to anyone!

I'm not exactly Team Jacob or a big fan of New Moon but even with my dislike of the book and Edward leaving and Bella being so depressed I actually liked it. And that means it was a really good movie to make me love it this much. I loved the movie even though I'm team edward it was better than I expected and I loved the interaction between Jacob and Alice. Overall I loved it and even if you hate jacob you will love it.

I'm going to have to give kudos to the director for being able to make a successful sequel to the less-than-average debut movie called Twilight, but I guess that shouldn't be hard to do. Although the first one was successful purely due to its already large fan base, this one showed that good directing and more development with the actors can go a long way. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and that includes Kristen Stewart, despite some people's "displeasure" towards her as the main protagonist. The one thing I didn't enjoy was the film score in certain scenes... kinda made it a little more cheesy than it could've been, but all in all a good movie. The fans need to stop sighing so loud, though. *LOL*

ive been a huge fan of the twilight saga for a while now. although i loved twilight i do believe New Moon was by far better then Twilight. it was more than what i thought it would be. it followed the book so well and i wasnt disapointing. it showed the emotions of all the charcters so well. and jacob black's body... theres no words for that ! but it was by far the best movie i saw all year!

I really had no expectations of the movie. I just wanted to see it. I liked it. Edward is more affectionate in this movie and Bella looks more mature. Less awkward. I did however did not see the transition of the Volturri from when Bella went cliff diving. That was just a little strange. Over all I love it and would recommend to fellow fans of the saga.

As a fan of the books and a non-fan of the first movie, I have to say New Moon was a HUGE improvement from Twilight! It wasn't cheezy, it had great effects and camera shots. The characters were great, the wolves looked awesome. It was just amazing, especially in comparison to Twilight. The new director did an AMAZING job!

New Moon did an excellent job at following the book. It was romantic, exciting, thrilling,heartbreaking and scary. Taylor was amazing and was so very believable as Jacob. Million times better than the first one. I think that the director did the best that he could with the material that he had to work with. The main character is no heroine, she was just overacted. Edward was the same as before, looking like he was constantly constipated. The only thing that made the movie enjoyable was Jacob and the other pups. Oh yes, I enjoyed the Volturi very much.

My first impression of the film is that it is cheesy and rushed. Maybe the cheesy lines can't be avoided (a lot of these lines came straight from the book) but I didn't feel like viewers were given sufficient time to really see how much Jacob truly helped Bella. We didn't get to see enough of their playful banter. Taylor did a great job expressing Jacob's feelings abt Bella but we didn't get to see the true intensity of how much she needed him. I would have preferred to see it rather than hear about it her email to Alice. I didn't really feel set up for the romantic criss-crossings in Eclipse. Altogether, I did enjoy the movie and I plan to see it a couple more times in theater. The CGI was GREAT. The wolves and action scenes were amazing.

With all the press and the releasing of clips for New Moon prior to the premiere I was very excited and expected greatest from this movie. I was not let down! I can not begin to explain how happy I am with the new director. I think he did a great job of being true to the book along with uping the standards of the movie. Yes, I'm sure the increase in budget did help him out quite a bit. The new effect were awesome. I loved the way the vampires ran, the wolves were amazing, and the cullen's new eye color was perfect. The only big complaint I have with the movie is that I'm afraid people who have not read the book might not be able to keep up with what was going on and they might get bored. The plot did seen slow in some spots for non fans.
