Very entertaining. Better than the first Twilight movie, but still not as good as the book. The acting was definitely better in New Moon. The Volturri were great! The animation of the wolves was great, but it just looked too fake. Over all it was very good and it followed the book almost exactly :o)

Very good movie!! SOOO much better than twilight. I am a team jacob fan all the way and I felt like he really shined in this movie. The acting has improved a lot from all the characters. Can't wait for eclipse!!!

This movie was not only visually awesome but was so excitingly fun to watch. The differences from the book was a little annoying the few that there were. But altogether a great movie to watch I will definately be going to see it again.

Movie was awesome...Extremely well done, and stayed very close to the book. The things that were added/changed were great, and the wolves..well, they were phenomenal! There was only one part that was extremely cheesy (Bella in the Anne-of-Green-Gables frock...COME ON!). But, overall, a great movie, and one that I will have to see again. Make up and wardrobe did a much better job than in Twilight. A++++ (And, Soundtrack? Terrific.)

ok so twilight was good, introduced the characters, made u feel sorry for everyone, and drew u in. And then New Moon was better.. i am so Team Edward, but Jacob gave him a good run for his money. I mean omg that body lawd have mercy. the wolves were amazing. The thing i liked best was everyone got a lil color and Bella looks more happy, even when shes not. Volturi though Jane not my fav look. Over all excellent movie go see it just to see the WOLVES u wont be sorry!!!!

Chris Weitz was amazing. He should definately try to come back for the fourth movie and/or the fifth one if they decide to split breaking dawn. He did a wonderful job sticking to the book, for the most part. Taylor Lautner did an amazing job as well, they were definitely right to keep him in the saga. Overall the movie was the best movie I've seen all year and I will definitely be going back a 3rd, 4th, and maybe 5th time. A+++. :)

1000 times better than Twilight. I'm not part of the "target" age at 23, but it followed the book relatively close. Chris Weitz did an amazing job directing, can't wait till the other two come out.

What people need to understand is that a movie version of a book is something completely different from the book itself. Just like Harry Potter, the Twilight books may be great but the movies so far are not. Other than Pattinson, Fanning and Michael Sheen, the actors are sub-par and the storyline I have to admit does not offer nearly as much content as a movie really requires. New Moon serves its purpose in the movie world but unfortunately will do nothing more than that. Except of course back millions from all its twi-hard teeny boppers.

I absolutely loved it!!!! I was afraid how the movie would turn out b/c of a diff. director but I have to say it was excellent. My sister and I kept elbowing and squeezing each others hands through out. I will definitely see it again and again and again.

This was a fantastic adaptation of the book. The wolf fight scene was AWESOME! I loved how big the wolfs were, they really were pretty scary! And Taylor Lautner is a really good actor, I was really impressed by his range of emotion. Also, he obviously has a strong work ethic because his body was ridiculous. Kristen Stewart's acting was sooooo much better than Twilight, and the dialogue was more realistic. And I LOVED Jessica!! She was soooo funny! Great flick! I will definitely buy the DVD.

Although not as fluid as the first movie, it was really great. All the important details from the book were there without any superflous extras. A few "dramatic" licences were taken, but none so much that it made me wonder why they bothered! The emotions and the connections between the characters really came out in this edition. Go see it... you won't regret it!

My expectations were very high. Maybe too high. I'm not sure it lived up to the hype, but I did enjoy it. Kristen Stewart holds the whole thing together. She gave a very good performance, although just once, I wanted to see Bella break down and cry.
I am Team Edward all the way. And I definitely missed Edward, but that's the point of this part of the saga, isn't it? Because I felt his absence so much, I'm not sure I'm inclined to want to watch this movie over and over again.
Kind of disappointed in the music. The soundtrack and score are fine on their own, but I wasn't too thrilled with how the music was mixed into the storyline. I thought that was a real strength of the first Twilight film.

I saw the midnight showing and it was amazing! They did a very good job. They added a few new scenes that werent in the book but I approve :-) The way they did the months passing with Bella was perfect! I love this movie and I am going to go see it again soon!

I thought it was really good. I didn't know what to expect because the first movie was kind of a let down for me, but I thought this one was a definite improvment. A very talented cast as well, I don't like how Kristen Stewart acts high, but the rest of the cast is amazing. The only part I did not like was the end. UGH.

I've been anticipating the release of New Moon for a long time, so I was happy to find that the movie exceeded my expectations. The special effects were much better than they were in Twilight. New Moon didn't deviate much from the book, which is a must for me. The one deviation I was excited to see was that Bella doesn't hear Edward's voice in her head when she's being reckless, she sees an "apparition" of him instead. The more Edward on the screen the better! Definitely two thumbs up for this one!
