...there was ANOTHER crisis for the couple to go through! The time did pass quickly, though, and it did not seem as long as it is. Gorgeous scenery. Will probably see it again to catch some of the dialogue obscured by the Aussie accents and find out what happened in the beginning.

This movie was very enjoyable to watch, and Hugh Jackman is as sexy as ever. It didnt feel like it was 2 hours and 45 minutes long. Great action, good love story, and good triumphs over evil. Bravo!

I was afraid, always in heat, Nicole Kidman would ruin the film with her lustful demeanor but no, the movie comes off fairly well and a good family film to boot! The film seems to think it's the first movie to ever bring up the subject of the government kidnapping of native children. Almost as if on a crusade. I guess they thought that would make it something like a true story. But despite the contrivances it's not a bad film though not great by any means.

A decent movie about overcoming odds to pull through tough situations. Strong family theme. A little something for everyone. It incorporates the Pearl Harbor bombing and war conflict into the historical design. The only problem I had is that the movie seemed to dwell a little too much on the child, "Nullah". Yes, he was pretty much the main character that "drove" the plot, so I guess the focus on him was needed. Well worth the price of admission.

This is a beautiful film with striking scenes of Austrlia. Loved it. The perfect pacing added to the overall effect. Must see...time went quickly.

Good story line and acting. Good action with limited gore. Family friendly for teenagers. I would not suggest seeing Australia at a movie theater because of the lenght. Wait for dvd release to watch at home to be able to pause.
