Were to start, Dead pool was horrible, great before he got all jacked up but some one correct me if Im wrong but when did he ever have optic blast or teleportation? Also I don't know bout any one else but after I fall into water my hair usually gets wet and messed up. Perhaps thats one of Wolverines new powers. Not sure if it was just me but in the bathroom just after he gets infused and he is checking out his claws they look really really fake. And finally it was the Canadian government that ran the Weapon X program and not the United States. But I guess if you had no background info on Wolverine you would might enjoy this movie, that is if you like watching Huge "roar" and run at Sabertooth nearly every time they met.

This was an enjoyable movie. It had plenty of action and an easy to follow storyline. Hugh Jackman, once again, excelled at playing Wolverine. Hopefully, the rest of the Orgin movies will be just as good.

There is just an overall cheapness about the movie -- in the plot, the dialogue, the effects. It seems like a perfectly decent TV movie. The motivations for the characters outside of Wolverine never really make sense or are at least really uninteresting. Schreiber is wasted as Sabertooth. The characters with powers are neither heroes nor villains--they are mostly just idiots. Wolverine himself is more pawn than hero. I think the real problem is the script--mashing together the worst Wolverine comic book stories to make something sort of like a big-budget episode of the TV show Heroes. The effects don't hold up, partly because they are relied upon too much. Not terrible, just not good.

Very good movie. I was thoroughly entertained and loved seeing Hugh and Liev work alongside each other. Boy did I want to jump through the screen with my newfound superpower and kick some butt.

This movie was xcellent. I had low expectations for the fact that it was a prequel, but I was blown away. Not something I would take my six year old to see because of the violence, but an xcellent movie for a night out with the wife!!!!

Alright so this movie was great! I was surprised at how clean it was. I am a christian so I hold certain moral views but yeah, not nakedness or nothing. There was a bit o' language but other than that, it was a great movie!!! however the ending was weak and the CGI was average at best, but if you're like me, you'll love the action and almost everything else. I definitely recommend this movie.

As an admitted comic book geek, this is one of the worst adaptations since captain america (yes I am referencing the straight to video film).
The one actor that made it interesting was Liev Schreiber as Victor. I had my doubts when he was cast, but did much better than expected. While initially excited to see Ryan Reynolds playing Deadpool, his character was cut to a bit part. I do not count the final battle because that was not Deadpool, that was some pathetic made for the movie reject like Bruce Banner's Father in the Ang Le Hulk debacle.
My 8 year old son enjoyed a few scenes in it, but raised the question after the movie "Why did they keep adding new people, it's not like they were in the story or anything?"

And hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic used for patients with edema. It can't be used to fake death. Of course, the average movie-goer wouldn't know that, and it probably shouldn't bother me, given the fact that the whole movie is based on a totally fantastical premise, but it bothered me.
But the shoot 'em up/blow 'em up bits were quite exciting, and the scenery was amazing. All in all, a good way to spend a couple hours.

I LOVED THIS MOVIE! If you follow the X-Men cartoon or movies, you will like it also. The backstory was great. It told how & whyhe became wolverine. Although I didn't know that he & Sabertooth were related but it makes sense.

I am a fan of the comic series and the X-Men movies and felt this was the least entertaining of the 4 movies. Hugh delivers on the character but the plot was a little weak. Thought it would have been better to focus on his time working for the government rather than jumping ahead. Could have been alot better. CGI was a little weak too. It looked cheap and cartoonish. What are they paying these folks for that? I could have done better on my MAC. Wait for the DVD.

Like the last X-Men movie, Wolverine didn't live up to the standards of the first two. While the first half was promising, with a balance between action and substance, the last devolved into more exaggerated acting, CGI, and overdone action sequences. The tragedy of Wolverine's past-which should be central to the film-was lost amid the "action-packed" climax. I don't understand why viewers aren't desensitized to CGI and destruction. If not on the scale of Transformers, they cannot carry a movie. Even those most praised for their use of technology and violence, such as The Matrix and LOTR, did not rely solely on them. I understand wanting to make an accessible film, but elegant effects and an elegant storyline are not mutually exclusive.

Great movie. I'm a huge X-Men fan, although it left me wanting more. I kinda felt that it brought out each of the characters once, they showed their special moves, then you never really saw them do anything special again for the rest of the movie. Still a great movie though.

Wolverine was not as much a bad movie as it was not a good one. Very little character development. Gambit does not show up till almost 3/4 of the movie. The explanation of wolverine's name and memory loss was weak at best. And professor X appearance felt like an afterthought. The movie seemed great up until james and victor split the first time and then it was peaks and valleys from there. Bring back Bryan Singer. His 2 xmen movies have been the best, but the 2 since he left have been great in some parts and mediocre in others. And the "after the credits" ending was weak - at best.
Although marvel/x-men fans will probably be disappointed, there is enough action to satisfy people are NOT familiar with of the x-men lore.

I absolutely loved this movie. Very action packed and explained very much the rest of the movies of Wolverines past and as to why he could not remember. I was very into the movie and could not sit still waiting for the next scene. Hugh Jackman did another wonderful job as wolverine and gave us again the action we all went to see. I am VERY glad I took the time to go see this movie. Very well directed, very good visual effects, and lots of action. Just what we wanted in this movie.We were NOT disappointed.
