Ive sat through some garbage this summer and Im pleased not to have to add this one to the heap. Saw the trailer for this like a year ago it seems and have been DYING to see it. With Del Toro at the helm I was confident that this would be something great. Its not the best movie Ive ever seen..its pretty predictable. There is NO filth,nudity or harsh vulgarity so those of you with kids should have no hesitation in taking them to see this. There is a decent amount of warmth/heart and character development (otherwise what are you fighting for?) But its pretty much about the business at hand. Definitely a ton of fun and a must see at the theater.

Surprised I finished it..dragged on and on. More of an Alien movie than a superhero movie. What did I just watch? Take elements of Independence day mix it with fight sequences of the matrix revolutions..drag it out for what seems like 4 hours and call it superman. Seriously? I waited for a year to see THIS!? There is no heart/warmth..NO humor. No real character development. This is not a superman movie its a long boring sci fi disaster...end of story.

Builds very nicely off the first film...This one is full of action and surprises!! I can not overstate the incredible performance of Benedict Cumberbatch..He had HUGE shoes to fill and did so. Made the movie for me..VERY convincing. Wasnt really a fan of the first film..some of the decisions they made didnt sit well with me. Its grown on me over the last few years So I guess we will move forward with things as they are. That being said..Had a GREAT time seeing this! It was a BLAST!!

There is such a thing as "Too much of a good thing" This movie proves that over and over. Loved Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin..but that didnt last. Still Hate Don Cheadle in this...Im sure Terrence Howard is glad he walked away from this mess. Heres the movie...A dozen (or so) people somehow medically altered (not explained) to be human torches VS a dozen (or so) remotely (Jarvis) controlled iron man suits =YAWN!!!!! Dragged on and on..you couldnt pay me to sit through it again.

Well the trailer didnt really show much...But there is ALOT here to see. Theres no shortage of post apocolyptic Shows or movies these days but the story here is fresh and entertaining. Visually appealing and fun to watch..Sci Fi fans this is a no miss!

Well its hard to build an extension or any kind of connecting material to what many people of several generations now consider to be quite certainly one of the greatest movies ever made. Most of us watched the wizard of OZ when we were small children and as a result its lasting impression left it in quite a lofty and beloved place. I think most of us have forgotten 1985's return to OZ..and rightly so. That being said..This really is a great movie and was worth a trip to the theater. I found it a little long winded and could have been chopped down some. There WERE some very magical moments but they came and went..and THATS where this one falls short..To constantly keep you enamored with wonder is what this film needed. Regardless!..This wizard DOES manage to put on one FANTASTIC show!

This movie does NOT deserve to be called die hard. I couldnt even identify Willis as the lovable,funny character we are used to. The whole Russia thing and the Father and son scenario was total crap. The action was OK at best..the story/plot was weak boring and useless. Thought about walking out. Do NOT recommend it and will not sit through it again.

Movie was allright...dont think Ill sit through it again. Not what I expected and could have been much much better. Christoph Waltz was great as expected but was outdone by Leo who was Incredible to say the least. Sick and tired of Jamie Foxx though. Worth one look...maybe not in the theater.

For those of you old enough to remember the old cartoon movie this will be VERY familiar. Im not sure it should be so long and there are several things that could have been left out to chop it down. But the movie is entertaining and mesmerizing AND magical! Everything you like from the LOTR movies is here..so if you are expecting disappointment..dont look here. A MUST SEE in the theater..there are amazing visuals and sound to be experienced. Probably more than once!

I kinda digged this one..the visuals and special effects were really cool..coulda done without Ryan Reynolds...not sure they made a good decision there....worth a look..maybe not in the theater tho..
