This is a great movie. It keeps up with the feel of the Transformers cartoons. There was a lot of humor (potty), it kept up with the same humor from the first movie. I didn't think that the parents could get any funnier in the movie but I was proven wrong. I will gladly go and watch this several times and can't wait to own it.

The fight scenes were entertaining, but those few cut-scenes that involved actual plot building and exposition...not so much. We've got an Optimus Prime that executes his enemies at close range, a glass-jaw Megatron, and a set of illiterate robo-twins who do nothing but sling profanity and stereotypes...awesome.
Lebouf and Fox show some spark, but never stop running and ducking laser blasts to get any real chemistry going - Turturro, luckily, still can give a clinic on scene stealing. So, ignore plot eat your popcorn and drink your slushee, and behold the two and a half hour CGI fest that is likely to be the #2 grossing movie of the summer.

This movie is just as pointless as the first. The dialogue is bad, the premise is lame/obvious, the majority of the jokes are crude, the villains are nonthreatening and the one "significant" event that occurs halfway through the movie is rendered completely trivial by the end. Why see this movie you may ask? Because Shia LaBeouf is funny, Megan Fox is hot and there are giant robots that turn into cars and destroy $#!+. Be forewarned, this is not a "good" movie and I would be cautious about taking children (15 and younger) to see it, but if you like hot brunettes who work on cars and giant robots destroying $#!+, this movie was made for you!

It has comedy, romance, drama, suspense, and LOTS of action. It was 100% fun. I would have liked to see more of a follow up at the end (the fates of some of the transformers was unclear at the end of the movie) but that was the only problem. Better acting and less confusing fight scenes than the first. Optimus Prime kicks so much butt.

This movie was one of the best installments of the Transformers series. It pays great homage to the old '80s cartoon without confusing those in the audience who aren't familiar with it.There are also more creative reasons as to why the transformers are on earth, such as the matrix.I also loved the new additions to the cast, such as Jetfire, Devastator, Sideswipe and Arcee. There are much more fight scenes, which were incredibly intense. Good Job!

The original Transformers was stunning and dramatic. It had twists and action, and took people on a ride, qualities that the sequel tried to recreate, but failed to get it just right. As far as sequels go, The second Transformers was a good movie, but it can't make the jump to great in my mind because at parts it looked like the makers of the film were trying too hard to produce a blockbuster. However, compared to other sequels of hit movies, Transformers is by far better. It just didn't amaze me like I had hoped it would.

This movie had plenty of language and racial overtones from the robots.. The Witwicky parents are absolutely hilarious. The movie was about a half an hour too long and there were many places where it could have been trimmed down. I was a little disappointed by the sometimes fishy CGI with the robots but I would send a friend to see the movie and could be talked into seeing it again.

The movie was 2.5 hours long. From beginning to end it never had a dull moment; always kept you on your toes. Very funny and great action scenes. Definately worth the price.

I have to admit, it was full of plot holes & they crammed too many story lines into the movie. But, OH MY GOD - the action was absolutely the best! Between the action, the graphics, and the comedy, it more than make up for the negatives in this movie. Definitely one to see.

I was totally pumped to see this movie with my 8 yr. old son. We went to the midnight showing and I have to say I was very disapointed. The action was amazing but I just don't get it, why do they have to throw crud comments in a movie that kids are wanting to see along with close your eyes son scenes. I do not recommend this at all for kids under 15.

Great Movie, but if you plan on taking your kid i suggest you pay attention to the PG-13 rating this is obviously a great action movie with some turns along the way. Great story. Great effects. Funny acting.Just an all around great movie. I didn't realize the movie was so long til' I walked out of the theater. Don't cut a think out of this one, just grab some extra popcorn.

I thought the first one had a better story than this one. This was just what I thought it would be, a cool movie to see in the summer and not much else. The action was good, but a solid PG-13. I'd think twice about taking young kids to this depending on how you parent.

I liked the first movie better. And like the first movie, there is A LOT of product placement. It felt a bit long and I think it could have been cut in some places. Save the longer version for the DVD! If you liked the first one you'll probably like this one.

This was another amazing movie that delivered with graphics and storyline. And to even possibly have a sexier babe than Megan Fox? Isabel Lucas delivers and steals the show for a minute or two, but Megan steals it right back time and time again. Nice little catfight! The introduction of new Bots was a nice addition. The anticipation for the next part in the series is astronomical. Transformers ROCKS!

Crazy action from beginning to end! Lewd innuendo was over the top at times for my Christian sensibilities. The Autobots were tough this go around. Some characters were just unnecessary, however. Overall the movie was crazy good!

This movie hands down is the best of the year so far! it was amazing the way Michael Bay intertwined the original cartoon with some of the newer versions and created a excellent movie that I think every Cybertronian would be happy with. Too bad they didn't have more robot interaction like the first movie. I would have liked to see some convo with R.C. or Sideswipe. Looking forward to the next movie!!! Hopefully the Aerialbots, Protectobots, Stunticons or Combaticons can make an appearance. Or maybe Ultra Magnus and the list could go on and on................

I liked the first Transformers movie and I thought this one was VERY GOOD! The action was great and some of the dialogue was very funny. The way the movie was filmed, going around the subject to get an all over view, was used a little too much though. I would get a little dizzy and have to look away briefly. I took my 12 and 3 yr. old and we all enjoyed it alot.
