Too much love story, the movie is transformers not the spike story. They butchered Devastator, he was sooooo much more bad @ in the cartoon, same with Jetfire. He was garbage in the movie and WHO THE H IS THE FALLEN? and if he is soooo bad @ why did they develop his character for a total of 15 mins the entire movie IF that...Didnt the writers watch the cartoon? wasnt much of anything like it.....Maybe an ok movie for those not familiar with the transformers but to a die hard transformers fan....not too impressive

After seeing the first transformer movie I was anxious to see what the sequel would be like and I am satisfied, with the sequel. everyone that was cast in the first is in the second and I love the fact that they gave Sam parents more of a role in this one ! especially his mother I think she is hilarious. the special effects the bomb and the acting by the star and supporting stars were off the hook. Every one should go see this movie. it worth every penny. well done cast and crew!

The 2007 Transformers film was truly entertaining, and since then I had always looked forward to the follow-up. However, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was a terrible movie that did not meet expectations. The comedic dialouge was poorly written, and the plot didn't make up for it either. The characters were changed so the writers could throw in a couple of bad jokes here and there. In my opinion, Transformers 2 was a waste of time.

Before seeing this movie I heard some mixed reviews about it and was having second thoughts of watching it but I am so glad I decided to watch it. This was an excellent movie with so much action and some hilarious scenes and dialogues. I highly recommended this movie. It was as awesome as the first one!!

Truly entertaining!!! This is a usual Micheal Bay flick. A nonstop action, comedic, visually stunning thrill ride. Obviously the critics dig to deep when reviewing the movie. First and foremost TRANSFORMERS was created in the early 80's to appeal to the younger male audience ages 9 though 21. Its a SI-FI flick but don't get it confused with the Matrix or Terminator which are obviously rated "R" and meant to be taken seriously. This is a "PG13" flick meant to entertain younger and older audience. My wife, 9 year old son and I went to see the movie and all enjoyed the movie even though it was almost three hours long. The movie wont win any Oscars but it is another very very very good Micheal Bay adaptation of the Transformers.

I loved the Transformers since I would watch them on TV after school in the 80's. I loved the cartoon movie and the movie in 2007.
The dialogue and plot in this movie was terrible. There were two autobot characters in particular who resembled ignorant, gold tooth street thugs. For those who say that these characters are harmless, please imagine two characters imitating an ignorant stereotype close to your culture.
There was no need for this attempt at humor because the action carried the movie. The movie would have been stronger if these characters had not existed. Also, the plot could have been stronger. At times it felt like the action was created first and the dialogue was made to fill in the blanks.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

This is a great continuation of the first, more of the guy meets girl and what that is all about, more of the purpose of the 'bots on our planet, more of the military battles of the 'bots; just more of everything that I enjoyed in the first movie.
The best way to spend 2.5 hours of your life!

I really enjoyed the first Transformers movie, but this sequel was not comparable to it at all. Yes, it was action-packed, but the plot was not very well developed, it jumped around a lot, and did not develop the characters nearly as well as the first one. Plus, it was like the director and script writers wanted to "dirty" it down from a good clean family movie with a plethora of adult inuendos, foul language, suggestive behaviors, and skin. Why ruin a good movie??? Don't waste your money, this one is a renter for sure!!!

I really enjoyed this action packed sequel to Transformers. I found it very entertaining. I did not care for the curse words or crude behavior of some of the characters although it was expected. I believe the movie would have been better suited for younger viewers without the use of such scenes and still would've been as entertaining. Great Movie, Great Action.

Overall, the movie was action packed and in some parts, hilarious. But looking past the small bits of good, there was a whole lot of bad. From the leg humping, nudity, dirty images, vulgar language, overwhelmingly loud and non-stop violence, it should have been rated R. I would not recommend this movie to a friend. In fact, I would tell them not to waste their money on it.

Mindless, robot action. All action most of the time few plot twists, LOADS of fun!!! GREAT SOUNDS!! Saw the 1st one on DvD, Much better in theater!! Movie critics are morons. They all think they are above movies like this, really bothers me because you can't really get a true sense of the movie from them. Buy a ticket, go into some air conditioned theater, get your popcorn & snacks, then sit back and enjoy. You won't be disappointed.

This movie was non stop action and the cinematography was awesome! However, there was a lot of stupidity in it as well. More than a little. The twins' characters were ridiculous. The leg humping was absolutely unnecessary, as was the amount of swearing. I was looking for adventure, not vulgar humor. It stole from the adventure and action of the film.

I loved the first one, but this one was soooo much better. Everything from the storyline to the acting to the special fx were AWESOME and better than the first! The only thing is, there's a lot of cursing so if you wanna take a little kid, just be aware of that.
