I normally do not expect a lot from action movies. They are distractions and fantasy, but I really enjoyed this film... enough to tell you about it. Have a good one.

Action Great - Dialogue & Plot Horrible

I loved the Transformers since I would watch them on TV after school in the 80's. I loved the cartoon movie and the movie in 2007.
The dialogue and plot in this movie was terrible. There were two autobot characters in particular who resembled ignorant, gold tooth street thugs. For those who say that these characters are harmless, please imagine two characters imitating an ignorant stereotype close to your culture.
There was no need for this attempt at humor because the action carried the movie. The movie would have been stronger if these characters had not existed. Also, the plot could have been stronger. At times it felt like the action was created first and the dialogue was made to fill in the blanks.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
