Now that's not to say that therefore it wasn't entertaining. Because it was. It was very entertaining. I remember Jason Segel in "Freaks and Geeks". He was funny then and he's funny now. There was a little too much full frontal man nudity for me, but that didn't spoil the movie for me. Great movie though, I definitely recommend.

Sarah Marshall is a solid movie with plenty of heart and laughs to keep everybody entertained. The cast is great and I found Aldis Snow to be surprisingly likable. Would definitely recommend this movie.

I loved this movie. It is really funny and the comedy in it is fresh...ie not that same joke I have heard a hundred times. What I like most about this movie is how unexpected it is. You really have no idea what will happen next. AND...it actually shows a regular guy having a hard time emotionally with a break-up. Wow...think America can handle that? Okay, this isn't a movie of depth and deep insight and meaning. It's a simplistic and mindless movie that is filled with one liners that are hilarious. I found the full frontal nudity to be funny (although poor Jason now has the entire country laughing at his package) I highly recommend it if you want to see a light comedy.

I went to this movie with my two adult kids. We are the wedding crashers kind of people. This movie cracked us up! I personally thought each of the character's were solid and defined. We reviewed it over and over out loud after we left and will definately be going for a repeat! It is so, so hilarious...!

I thought it was a better story about breaking up and starting over than what has been presented previously. I think many people were expecting it to be laugh out loud funny because of Judd Apatow's previous comedic efforts. But I'm noticing that his writers' stories are getting tighter and they're relying less on outrageous, over-the-top laughs and more on good storytelling. They just happen to be funny.
If you've ever been through a bad break-up or still recovering from one, this movie will give you perspective on not only your former partner's behavior but your own as well.

I would have to say that this film was probably the least crude of any from the Judd Apatow factory, but that did not stop it in any way from being hilarious. This is one of those films that you miss lines because the audience is laughing so hard. Jason Segal was great as the sad sack who was dumped by Sarah. Kristin Bell was very funny and very believable as Sarah. This is probably her best work to date. The beautiful Mila Kunis really showed what a talented and funny actress she really is in the role of Rachel, the hotel front desk clerk. But, the biggest scene stealer of all was Russell Brand as Aldous Snow. His character was so ridiculous and so laugh out loud funny that it must be seen to be believed. Add to all this the gorgeous Hawaiian locales and you have an instant classic. Anyone who enjoys a good hearty laugh will have a great time at this movie.

I have been a fan of both Judd Apatow and Jason Segel for a long time and had high expectations for this movie and it went well beyond my expectations. It is everything it's cracked up to be and more. Funny, uncomfortable, sweet and sappy all rolled into one. Great cast, I wouldn't change it a bit! I am already looking forward to the DVD release so we can see extras, etc. Love it!

This is one of those movies that just make you laugh silly. There are more funny moments than boring ones, however, it dragged on. The actress that played Sarah Marshall was not the best, but he was very funny. However, I did not see a point to the scenes of where he exposes his "pennis". This movie was one of the worst I have seen in a long time. The plot, or lack thereof, diminishes throughout the movie. The full frontal nudity was not necessary to make or break this movie. The characters are pitiful in this movie, especially the newlyweds. It is more a movie about intercourse than a movie about a man healing his broken heart. Save yourself some heartache, skip this one.
No, I do not recommend this movie.

We went to see this movie opening night for our girls night out. It was hiliarous! There were quite a few scenes with the main character bareing more than his soul (full frontal), but nothing to weird or gross. The movie had the right amount of story, mixed with laugh after laugh, and a few times you can relate to what's happening. I recomend you see this movie if you liked the 40 year old virgin.
