Both my husband I liked the movie. It stayed true to the "Indiana" theme. I liked how many things were wrapped up, ie. the character and relationship with Marion, Marcus, Dad, the Ark of the Covenant, Indy's fear of snakes. The end of the skull people was a surprise how they all turned to one and then the launch. Computer graphics of the launch was a little too much. The four of them were way too close to not be hurt or drawn into the destruction and the kid swinging on the vines a little hokey. The music was good and the credits theme medley was very good. It reminded us of previous scenes from the earlier 'Indy ' movies.

I have seen all the Indiana Jones movies and I have to say that this was my least favorite. There was good action but it was alittle too unbelievable even for Indiana Jones. I didn't hate the movie, but I don't think this is one I would see more than once, I have seen all the others many times over.

I went and saw this movie with my son who is 10. It was definitely a hit with him. There were a couple parts where he covered his eyes but nothing terribly objectionable as far as I was concerned for him. I would probably rate this movie a PG-10. For me it was way to far over the top with the plot line. The other movies were well thought out and in my opinion very entertaining. This one was uninspired. I did not care for the premise of where the skull had it's origins. The movie was predictable from the start. This is one I would say wait for the video and rent it.

I was not originally an Indiana Jones fan. I watched a couple of his movies when i was a kid, but i was never extremely fascinated. When i was going to see this movie, i had a pretty clear idea of what the idea was going to be about. Once again, this movie was long, but you have to expect long movies from Indiana Jones. It was still really interesting, clue after clue after clue. A definite must see for the Indiana Jones fans.

This movie was ok- not as great as the first 3 Indiana Jones movies. Maybe I'm just older, but too often during the movie my husband and I looked at each other and said 'really?' . Other Indiana Jones movies stretched belief, but this one went too far in my opinion.

Spend your time going to see this movie, it was AWSESOME!!! It was a great action movie- If you saw either of the National Treasures and liked those you will LOVE Indiana Jones. It did get a little scarry at times though, but overall it was a wonderful actioin packed family movie

As expected, Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull did not dissapoint. It was very good. Very typical of the Indy movies, cliches, action, and now with CG technology! Ford was great and even though I was afraid to see him play this role at this age, he really surprised us. Cate Blanchett was absolutely a joy to watch and it was nice to see Karen Allen again. If your an Indy fan you really can't miss this one.

This is the Indiana Jones that has been with us practically all of our lives? This is quite hard to imagine. Isn't Indy supposed to look younger? I can't believe this. I guess the movie producers got bored with Indy, and so they just threw something out there, and said, "Here it is. Indiana Jones. Have a ball." When, and if, a 5th Indy movie comes out, I am not going to be one of the thousands of millions of human beings sitted in those theater chairs.

All the old moves are here - evil bad-guys, double-crossers, incredible chase scenes, throw in a sword fight atop jeeps and you've got what is surely the last Indy movie! Another fun, summer movie. Lucas and Spielberg did their homework, as usual. A lot of factual elements about Soviet paranormal quests and crystal skulls are contained in this movie. I liked everything about this movie.

Anyone who enjoyed the old Indiana Jones movies is sure to leave the theater scratching their heads after seeing this latest edition. The lighthearted, humorous tone mixed with the over the top, CGI-aided action sequences went together about as well as Shaquille O'Neal and a microphone after 10-15 shots (read: not well), and the stunts that Indy pulls throughout the movie are ridiculous. The first 15 minutes alone made me squirm in anticipation for the ending credits. If you like watching good, quality movies then don't waste your time with this one. I take it that Spielberg knew he would make a ton of money on the Indiana Jones name so he said "screw it, who cares!" and this was the end result.

I was really disappointed when I saw this movie. I mean I used to love Indiana Jones when I was little and when I saw that they were mking another one I got really excited, but when the movie was over I said to the person I was with 'Now that was a WASTE of money and an afternoon.' One thing that was bad about it was how the actors were to old for their part and the plot just didn't work out. This movie just about ruins the Indiana Jones world and story.

I enjoyed Indiana Jones. Harrison Ford does not seem to have aged that much since we saw the last Indy and the action sequences weren't too bad either. The new characters and the old were a wonderful combination; Cate Blanchett kicked butt in this movie and the up and coming actor from Transformers (sorry I can't remember his name) is a joy to watch - he is becoming one of my favorites. Raiders of the Lost Ark will always remain my favorite of all, I don't think there can be any comparison but it is not far off. I would recommend this movie to others - if you're an Indy fan I don't think you'd be disappointed.

Being 16, I've never been much of an Indiana Jones fan, so didn't go into this movie with a good attitude exactly. But Harrison Ford was able to bring it up to my level of expectations and rock the theater. The special effects were amazing and the corky humor actually got me to laugh. The story line may be a little odd, but they always are. Definitely worth the money to get the full experience in theaters on the big screen, also co-starring: Shia Labeouf, Cate Blanchett, Karen Allen, John Hurt, and Ray Winstone

Indy's back, he brought some old friends, and a few new ones. What do people love about sequels? Bringing back characters from previous movies, adding in new interesting characters, and watching the main characters grow, while involved in some new kind of adventure. This has 3 of 4 of those elements. Shia LeBeouf and Karen Allen are the best parts of this film next to just seeing Harrison Ford in his hat & whip, again. The bad guys are predictable. The artifacts- hoaky. But what can we say? We love Indy. Even his over-the-hill self. I thought Allen lacked some of the fire her character had in 'Raiders', but she was decent as the "former almost wife" turned current love interest. LeBeouf adds some '50's swagger, and has good chemistry with Ford. The real problem with the movie is the basic plot. The Ark of the Covenant, and the Holy Grail are difficult to compete with. Crystal skulls are just not up to par. Cate Blanchett is the sword-weilding, over-the-top bad guy. She was OK at her best moments, but limited by the character which was very 'done'. Much of the film was just piecing together; a fight scene, a digging something up scene, a chase scene, and a "how's he going to get out of this?" scene. It all felt too set up. I liked that they didn't try to fool us in to thinking he was the same age as the last movie, but that wasn't enough to save the plot. I felt that George Lucas just threw this plot together, and couldn't find a better reason to reunite the characters. "Making a sequel just to make a sequel" comes to mind. In the end it was the very least we could've expected and been somewhat happy with. After waiting for nearly twenty years, I thought we should've gotten more, though. It will probably rank third of the four movies for most any Indy fan behind 'Last Crusade' & 'Raiders', but possibly ahead of "Temple of Doom".

I really liked the previous movies and since it had been awhile since an Indy movie was released, I was a little leery about how good this one would be. I was pleasantly surprised, though. Good actions scenes and pretty good acting. The end was a little out of sync with what I expected, but not bad. I'm glad I went.

ill make it quick, its definetely not the best of the Indy series. Its watchable but if i could go back i would of waited to watch it on dvd. I was a little dissapointed overall. There were a few good scenes but overall I didnt like how the movie ended. It was a little too much to believe. Watch it on dvd if you have seen the first 3 series. You might get dissapointed if you waste your money watching it on the big screen.

The movie did keep my attention. There were some fantastic action scenes throughout. I actually had to hold my breath during the 1st waterfall! Great job by Harrison Ford (does not show his age at all!) I was however a little disappointed with the story line. Way to unbelievable for me. Artifacts, yes, Aliens, NO!

My family watched the other 3 movies before seeing this one. We were not disappointed in the action or adventure although the portal was farfetched. I am looking forward to another with the Ford/Lebouef duo.

The plot is a little flat and not as action filled as the other three, but what do you expect Ford is over 60 years old.
