Action-packed, great plot, exciting the whole way through. Christian Bale delivers, Heath Ledger delivers, and you can feel the Oscar vibe starting already. This is a great movie that definitely lived up to its expectations.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Anyone who enjoyed the old Indiana Jones movies is sure to leave the theater scratching their heads after seeing this latest edition. The lighthearted, humorous tone mixed with the over the top, CGI-aided action sequences went together about as well as Shaquille O'Neal and a microphone after 10-15 shots (read: not well), and the stunts that Indy pulls throughout the movie are ridiculous. The first 15 minutes alone made me squirm in anticipation for the ending credits. If you like watching good, quality movies then don't waste your time with this one. I take it that Spielberg knew he would make a ton of money on the Indiana Jones name so he said "screw it, who cares!" and this was the end result.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
