This movie left me SPEECHLESS & wanting MORE, MORE, MORE! It was AWESOME! Did I mention how much I LOVED it! I've read all the books twice now & this movie did NOT disappoint! Bill Condon brought it to life for all of the fans! The entire cast did a great job! Can't wait for Part 2!

I loved it!! It's sweet, romantic, funny, sexy, heartbreaking, tense, suspenseful, exciting, intense, and completely satisfying. I can't wait to see it again, . .and again. . .and again. Bill Condon delivered on his attempts to satisfy the Twilight fans. (I hope he'll pay more attention to the fan reviews than to the negative reviews of the critics. In my opinion, the only valid critical reviews are those from people who are fans of the books and the previous movies. Since so many critics are haters going in, of course they'll have negative opinions about the movies.) So thanks to Bill, Melissa, the whole cast, and crew for giving us fans a completely entertaining and satisfying movie. And, of course, Stephanie Meyer for creating the story for us Twilight fans in the first place! I can't wait for Part 2!

This Movie was awesome. Though it was a little slow in the beginning it picked up quick and with out a doubt succeeded in keeping my interest. This was a fantastic beginning to Part 11. The only bad thing I have to say about it is the love scene was a little heavy (done in good taste though} for a pg 13 movie so I felt a little uncomfortable sitting next to the 13 year old that was there unattended.

I enjoyed the movie and it has made me very excited about the next edition to the series BUT... this particular movie was slow to get started and never really did much until the final 45 minutes except set us up to watch the final movie in the series.

Hands down the best one in the saga so far! However, I wish they would have made the love scenes as big of a deal as the book made them out to be. The book obviously wasn't written for a younger audience, so why downgrade the movie so they can watch it? I must say that the acting has improved a great deal. The scene with the wolves talking to each other in the woods was awesome, and a nice touch. The added scene with the Cullens and the wolves was cool too! I absolutely loved this movie and I cant wait to see it again!!

Having read all 4 novels, I have to say Breaking dawn - part 1 was superb. Even if you haven't read the books you can't deny getting a sense of enjoyment from watching this movie. I was happy to see they put enough of the book into the movie to keep it consistent and portray the story as it should be seen. Awesome job on the locales, the wardrobes, and how the events are supposed to unfold. Cannot wait for part 2.

This is my favorite of the Twilight Saga so far. Breaking Dawn had an equal amount of romance, suspence and action. It also gave a new depth to all the main players. The special effects were very good and they truly made Christine Stewart look the part of the dying suffering mother-to-be like it portrayed in the book.
Of course it left you hanging wanting more at the end..but that is the whole point of having a two part movie. :)

The movie was better than I hoped for. Definitely worth waiting a year for. I was so ecstatic and absolutely CANNOT WAIT for Part II of Breaking Dawn. I am extremely happy with the movie and cannot be happier with the way it ended..I was left wanting more!!! Stephanie Meyer is absolutely brilliant and the characters of the Saga are mesmerizing. I will definitely go back to see it again and will have an All-Day Twilight Saga Marathon. I do wish that the Honeymoon scenes weren't cut-out :( Absolutely Superb... Go Team Edward!!!!

I hear lots of people claiming the actors (Kirsten Stewart and Rob Pattinson) are not right for the job, but the movies would not be the same without them. After reading Breaking Dawn, however, I was sure this movie would be Rated R for the Honeymoon scenes and the birth of Reneesme. I am a little disappointed that it wasn't, because it didn't fully portray the book scenes. I understand that they wanted to keep it more appropriate for younger audiences, but honestly, children below the age of 12 or even 14 should not be reading these books or watching these movies in the first place. Otherwise, the movie was excellent!! Will see it again in theaters!

This movie was absolutely corny. The music was bad, it took forever to get through the wedding, and then Bella realizes she was pregnant after 14 days..... REALLY? Edward didn't play a big role, no action, except at the end when it was over. The best part of this movie was the when the ending credits rolled out! I feel sorry for you Twi fans, you really did deserve better.
******Oh and the wolves talking to each other-I felt like I was watching a kids cartoon!

For what it is worth, I am the spouse of a definite Twihard. I attended the morning showing with her, and we both both enjoyed the show for the most part. From my perspective, I do enjoy the books and the movies, and the story is a good one. I felt cheated from this though. After 22 minutes of reviews and commercials in the theater, you slide into the movie. I have one word to describe this flick, "fluffy", as that is how if feels.
It felt as if there were 20-30 minutes of actual storyline here. The rest seemed to be revamped flashback scenes, and needless delays. It is obvious that the studio felt the need to steal more money from the followers, by making Breaking Dawn 2 separate movies, and they couldn't even give you a full 2 hour story to go with it. There were definite plot items from the book that could have been addressed, but weren't.
To put it simply, it is a good flick, it does progress the story to get to the final part of the last bit. The studio is taking advantage of you and your enjoyment of this story by making 2 movies, and not even giving you a full coverage for the value.
My wife did enjoy it, and didn't regret the trip, but I definitely am glad we went to the Matinee and only paid $14 total, and not full price.

I've read the book 4 times, watched the interviews, kept up on the gossip for the past year, so I had a lot of expectation. It surprised me in several ways, but the end result was awesome! Here are some facts:
1. The wedding scene is breathtaking and her dress is unbelievably tasteful. They added some bits to the reception that really personalized it.
2. The honeymoon images are not as graphic on the big screen as they must have been for the actors. You see more sex on TV any day. I was expecting more lovey-dovey at the honeymoon too, but it was enough, and the few guys to see the movie won't be grossed out.
3. The way they did the wolf "talk" was really effective and really cool. The visual graphics in this one are very different from the other 3 movies.
4. The birth scene is very quick and is not nearly as gruesome as expected either.
5. They took Part 1 a little further than I expected. Fabulous ending!!!!!
6. Stay through the first set of credits only (not for the long list-nothing after that.) It foreshadows a major theme in Part 2.

Being this was the only book of the series which I read, I was expecting a lot more from this movie. Their were a lot of awkward moments that did not coincide with what was in the book. The wolf pack scene was downright ridiculous. The makeup team on the movie was great though with Bella's look. I will say this movie is for ages 13 and above. I would not bring any child younger than that. All in all, it is a good movie and I will go to the second installment.

I absolutely loved this movie...i can watch it over and over. The beginning was a little bland because of the whole wedding scenes but once it gets to the honeymoon and the pregnancy is revealed, its nonstop action! I was a bit stressed out during some scenes lol but overall a great movie. I can not wait until part 2...November 16th please hurry up and come. If you follow the Twilight Saga, I think you will find this movie to be one of the best of the four. It brings so many things that have been hanging out there to a true light. Finally we get to see the real relationship between Bella and Edward. We finally see the resolution of the Jacob factor. Now if you've read the books, you know all this, but New Moon and Eclipse truly strayed from the books by making Team Jacob. This movie really brought the books home quite well. The actors did a tremendous job making you feel the emotions of what was happening. I really enjoyed this and like I said, if you follow the Saga - this movie is a total win!

The movie was by far the better of the last two. (I don't include the first movie anywhere in the running because it was one of the worst movies I have seen in a long time.) Breaking Dawn Part I followed the book very closely, which I liked. It seems that Kristin, Bella, took some acting classes since Eclipse as she actually had more than one facial expression. I really like the way the director presented the whole Jacob part of the book, well done! Good movie. I enjoyed it very much.

Went with my friend and our two daughters (17 & 20) This was the best one so far! Humor and a dark side to it! I have read all of the books and the characters emotions really came to life in this movie. The "death" very realistic. Don't forget to stay around for after the credits!

I'm glad the love scenes were not any more revealing than they were because we had taken two younger girls along with the tweens. The movie was exciting and even a little gory at times, so I appreciated the small bits of humor sprinkled throughout. I liked the way Edward and Jacob worked together to save Bella, despite their different interests. The only downside was that when the movie was over, I was left feeling a little shorted. I wanted to see at least a few more minutes after such thrilling events had just taken place!
