While I enjoyed the previous movies in the Twilight series, in my opinion Breaking Dawn was the best movie so far. I only wish that they wouldn't make us wait one (1) year until the final installment in the series!!! I cannot wait to see how they wrap up this series. I will be waiting impatiently for its release!!!

I was honestly not excpecting it to cover so much from the book and be so very accurate. I loved every movie before and i also love this one. the only downfalls for me was just how gross the delivery scene was.. and the sex scene was waaay too much.

ok i'm a huge Twilight fan! I absolutely loved all the books but after new moon released I started to hate the films because they strayed too far from the books or didn't put in enough vital parts in it. But this movie....omg a frontal lobotomy might have been more fun. This movie sucked beginning to end. my bff and I pretty much joked it the entire time. The acting was bad, the wolf speaking sequence was gay. I could literally go on and on but I'm not wasting anymore time on this movie. I know I don't plan on paying to see the next one. This was my favorite book and they ruined it! We are all now dumber for having to watch this crap. I award this movie no points and may God have mercy on Stephanie Myers soul for having sold the rites to the movie company!

it was good. Very gorry there at the end, but realistic. The lines were pretty much straight from the book, except the hilarious toasts at the wedding, which I loved. The talking dogs was the only down part, it was so fake sounding that I couldn't stop laughing. Thankfully other "wolf" discussions were done in human form (unlike the book, but better as Jacob is cuter as a human!)

Phenomenal movie, the closest to the book so far! Sexy in every way, the actors skill has only improved over the last few years. I absolutely adore these films and am addicted to the books. Whether or not you have read the books- this movie will rock your socks off!

Even though I'm a huge fan of Twilight. The past three movies were not that great. Breaking Dawn on the other hand was the best out of all of them. The storyline was basically covered in the movie, which is why there are two parts (aside from all the money they'll make), but I'd rather wait than have them skip the whole book. Anyways Breaking Dawn Part 1 was awesome, and I can't wait for part 2! <33

Do not take young teens. I don't see it as being apprpriate for younger audiences. Mature subject matter.
Much different than prevoius movies. Well produced, and as close to the book as possible. Hate that we have to wait another year. And Steph Meyer needs to flesh out more stories in the series.

Bill Condon did a fantastic job, given time constraints and the confines of a PG-13 rating. BD wasn't my favorite book in the series, but the movie dazzled me. Somehow the way things were portrayed visually made me appreciate things on a different level. It's funnier than you'd think it would be, tear inducing where it should be. Edward's character finally gets some air time to show his personality (and history) which is something I felt the prior movies lacked. (Robert Pattinson has the most endearing smile and it was nice to get to see it in full force.) The actors really stepped it up in this one and the overall effects for the wolves look a lot better. The makeup and effects, specifically towards the end, were haunting. My only complaint? I wished it was longer (though it wouldn't hurt if they could get Carlisle's hair right;) All in all, it surpassed my expectations and I can't wait to see it again!

This movie was everything I have been waiting for. The wedding was surreal, the honeymoon amazing and the birth scene was very believable. The wolves all talking at once was a little annoying. But I will go an see it again. Can t believe we have to wait a whole year for part 2

I have read the whole series, but Breaking Dawn was my favorite and I have read it 9 times. While I haven't been a huge fan of the movies, I really had high hopes they would do this one right since they did it in two parts. I was so disappointed to the point of being angry by the end of the movie. If you loved the book, I think you would probably be disappointed in the movie like I was.

Absolutely loved it!!!! It's a movie that only Twilight fans can appreciate. Each Twilight movie gets better and better, and I thought this movie stayed pretty true with the book. I thought the ending was done VERY well and am looking so forward to the second part. Though I've read the books, the movie still leaves you hanging and wanting more!!

The movie was pretty good. The only complaint was they left some stuff from the book out and i expected the scenes of bella after the intimate encounter with edward to be a little more dramatic with the bruises and such. the ending was great and suspenceful. overall it was pretty good..... if i could do a 41/2 stars i would. it is better than 4 stars.

I wasn't really impressed with the movie. In the book, bella calls upon rosalie to help her in all of this and I thought this would be her break out role in the series. She is unhappy that she is a vampire and wanted a child more than anything which is why bella asked her to help but I saw very little in the movie about that.

What a great movie! It's going to be hard to wait for Part 2 to come out next year. This film started slow but built up to a great conclusion with a twist in the ending after the credits were partially run. I laughed, I cried and I held my breath on lots of scenes. Wow! This was worth the price of the ticket and did not disappoint.
