Not a huge Zac Efron fan until I saw this movie. While it was a very sad and moving film, his acting was superb and it told a story of how grief can effect our lives and how we rise above it. Definitely worth the watch, I don't care if Hollywood.com only gave it 2 stars. Four generations, including me, went to see it, they all really liked it. When you get your snacks, get extra napkins or take tissues!

I really enjoyed the movie. Jack Efron was amazing. He also has beautiful eyes. The movie takes some great twists and turns. I go to the movies to enjoy myself. I left the movie feeling good.

Thought the movie overall was very good. I was surprised at how well Zac Efron was in the movie, I wasn't expecting him to be as good as he was, especially in a more serious role. A real tear jerker. Only cons for me would be that it didn't follow the book with some characters but was fine nonetheless.

I was not expecting much and the previews did not do it justice. Zac's acting has improved 1000%! He did a very credible job and the story line was honest, thought provoking and heartbreaking. It is NOT a "I see dead people" story but rather an in depth look at how our minds will allow us whatever comfort we need to get thru what seems to be the impoosible. I would recommend this movie to all adults as well as the teen girls who will go just to swoon over the their grown up heart throb.

Although the movie starts off tragically you start to understand why things happen as they do. Not everything happens for no reason. Charlie St. Cloud shows us that things happen to us for a reason. We just have to open our eyes to understand what that reason is. This movie is a must see and I highly recommend it. I would and will gladly see it again.

This was a good story and a very enjoyable movie. I liked it that they made Efron's character believeable- he was a good kid, a decent big brother, but not perfect. Unless we're talking about Efron's looks. The kid has it all - and so talented! You gotta see this film.

This was a really good movie but it was very sad and just kept getting sadder until 3/4 of the movie was over. The scenery was beautiful! Zak Efron has the most amazing eyes and you find yourself just starring at him.

Beautiful places to view, songs to hear and wonderful story even tho it was sad at times it had a happy ending. Could have been a Hallmark movie! Zac Efron has the bluest eyes!!
