There are few redeeming qualities about the film, except that it's not quite as awful as the reviews suggested. There may be two or three smiles (I don't remember an out-and-out laugh), and as long as you are expecting the tasteless, unfunny humor, you'll get through it without wincing too much. It must have been written by a group of 14-year-old boys, and the actors are now just phoning it in for the check. But it's an hour an a half you can endure if you promised somebody you would see it with them, as I did. Let's hope this is the last one!

This is definitely NOT a PG13 movie. It is advertised as a holiday family show with children but it is definitely not a movie to take the kids. I had five (teens and younger), and couldn't wait until it was over. There are some funny lines and some slow moving. TOO much sexual content.. Overall it is okay for adults, but don't take the kids.

If you've seen the previous two Focker movies (And who hasn't?) then you will certainly enjoy the same themes and humor that is now consistent throughout the three movies. However, the jokes are getting a bit old, they stretch in this script to come up with funny moments, and it honestly becomes clear that this was a tri-quel developed not becasue of a superior script or terrific stroy line or great humor, but becasue it will do relatively well simply becasue fans of the first two will come to see it. The addition of Dustin Hoffman and Barbara Streisand made movie #2 a hoot - they were new additions, they were funny, and it made #2 almost as good as #1. No such luck in this one. While they are both still in this movie, their parts are small, they are not tremendously funny, and it doesnt add to the story. So - if youre a fan of the Focker series, you'll go see this in the theatres, as I did. And you will get a few laughs and walk out saying it was just OK. If not, however, you can easily wait for this one on cable or DVD. Happy Holidays from MoviesByMe.

Being a huge Focker fan, I was looking forward to this one. The trailer was very funny and couldn't wait to get to see it. Unfortunately, it seemed that all the funny scenes were in the trailer. It fell short, for me, compared to the first 2 movies. And the title, hugely misleading. I expected the humor to revolve around the Focker procreations, however, other then a couple scenes, the movie revolved around marital issues. Who wants to see that? I would still recommend it, for the dynamic between DeNiro and Stiller is priceless, and the fight scene would not have been out of place in the octagon. :-)

10 years ago the first movie was funny as hell I even watched it 4 times and even bought the DVD. In this one De Niro and Stiller seemed like they didn't care about doing this movie.
They throw in so many vulgar gags it is pathetic. This is one of the few movies that I ever walked out on before the final credits and I saw it for free.
This has got to be the worst movie I have seen all year and I think all of those who made it should hang their heads in shame.

I thought the movie was funny, but much of the same. I expected to see a lot more around the children than they actually showed. It seemed like it got off topic and focused more on Stiller and De Niro. Since they are both very funny I still got "just enough laughs". So if you want to get out for the day to see a movie, I would recommend this if you enjoy the antics between the two of them, just don't expect to get to know the children.

I was a tad disappointed. I didn't think there was much different in terms of storylines for this third movie. I felt like it was just a normal continuation with the same antics, which were still funny but just not that great. And the movie title is misleading since the movie has very little to do with the little Fockers period. If you liked the first and second movie you will probably be disappointed with this movie. Save the $10 and rent it when it comes out on DVD. Movie had big potential with the cast assembled but it failed when it came to the storyline and humor. Loved the first movie, enjoyed the second movie. This one was watchable but not at $10.

The movie, at best, was a waste of the cast. It was very uncomfortable watching this with my 12 and 13 year old as the entire movie is about infidelity, erectile dysfunction, cheating and lack of trust. How sad...... they could have really made something worth watching and laughing about, with the simple subject of in-laws and the holidays. I would NOT take my kids to it and I do NOT recommend.

A few laughs, but a disappointing script. This could have been written by a high school student. The names in the film carried the movie, without them it would have bombed.
