This movie was great. The feeling you get seeing Michael on the big screen knowing that this was indeed his last curtain call is unbelievable; a mixture of sadness yet wonderment of what a phenomenal artist he was. Michael will always be "The King of Pop".

I really enjoyed this up close and personal behind the scenes look at Michael Jackson's talent and his relationships with the members of his cast. His performance of Billie Jean was better than the original and left no doubt that he was still the amazinginly talented man that we first met as a young boy. I was excited to see MJ's THIS IS IT Concert on film and it DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! Awesome!! Not only was his performance incredible but you got to see his genius at work. This movie was the best way to end Michael's life. He was truly a great creative and artisitic person, and what a perfectionalist! I was fortunate enough to get to see him in Dallas back in 1988 and he was phenomenal then, and still was at 50. I don't care how strange people said he was, or how he looked, he was a great entertainer and performer. I just feel sorry for all of the dancers, musicians, and singers in his tour who never got the chance to go on the tour, but knowing that they got to actually meet him and work with him, that will always be a great memory for them.

This was a great movie. I cried when he began singing the songs he sang with his brothers when he was with the Jackson 5. This documentary shows you the human side of Michael Jackson. He was truly a gift from God. I always thank God for allowing me to share space and time with such a gift as Michael Jackson. His singing is superb. He really does not need music to make him sound good. He is TRULY the King of Pop! He was a funny Man and truly talented. Most of all he loved God and people. He said for all of us to love one another and the earth that God has blessed us with. RIP Michael.

It was wonderful yet sad to see what MJ had in store for his fans in his tour..I say sad because there is a whole another generation that will never experience his innovation in music. This was an amazing movie. His moves were off the hook. He had new moves and he looked like he was in his prime like he was just starting. I have always been an MJ fan every since I was a little girl. It was a wonderful experience to see this movie with my child as well. My whole family was in awe of his magnificence, his hard work ethics, his humor, his overall persona was just amazing. I have saw plenty of footage of Michael throughout the years and even more since his untimely death, but "This Is It" was truly some of the best Michael footage I've ever saw. This concert would have been amazing, I only wish he could have lived long enough to pull it off. He came to earth, he did his work, and now he is where he is needed more with the angels. "This Is It" was everything that I expected of this movie. I expected to be totally entertained and awestruck by the talent of this music legend. The movie really delivered. Michael's commitment and stamina was unquestionable. It was apparent that he (along with Kenny Ortega) was in total control of the artistic vision of the spectacle. I say spectacle because the term "concert" would not do his vision justice. Yes, the movie was everything I expected yet there was more.....What I didn't expect was to get a birds eye view of a unrelenting, totally committed, creative genius at work. All of us left the theatre, inspired, wanting to be better at what we do.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
