"This Is It" was everything that I expected of this movie. I expected to be totally entertained and awestruck by the talent of this music legend. The movie really delivered. Michael's commitment and stamina was unquestionable. It was apparent that he (along with Kenny Ortega) was in total control of the artistic vision of the spectacle. I say spectacle because the term "concert" would not do his vision justice. Yes, the movie was everything I expected yet there was more.....What I didn't expect was to get a birds eye view of a unrelenting, totally committed, creative genius at work. All of us left the theatre, inspired, wanting to be better at what we do.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
