This was the best movie I have ever seen in my life. I have always been a big fan of Michael Jackson and did see him perform live, but this movie goes beyond that. It shows how much of a genius he really was not only as a singer and a dancer but how he was hands on with every part of the production of his live shows. From directing, choreographing steps, perfecting the music, perfecting the cues, etc., etc. He was a musical genius and his passion for what he loved shines through in this film.

I cannot recommend this movie highly enough...My husband (age 66, and not an MJ fan before going) and I absolutely LOVED it...Those who were overwhelmed by the negative junk that surrounded MJ in life and, unfortunately, in death will get an opportunity to just enjoy Michael-the-musical-genius-and-dancer-extraordinaraire. This is pure delight! All you can think is "WOW!!!" (with a hint of melancholy because this really is it). And what a truly beautiful man -- incredibly kind and gentle...This should put to rest all the garbage out there that MJ wasn't ready to do the concerts or had faded at age 50. I'm so glad Ortega let MJ have the last word, and gave us and future generations this gift. THANK YOU!!

I loved the movie it gives you a side of MJ that no one would ever see. It was great to see how a concert is actually prepared for and how much work it really takes, but MJ really takes everything to a new level with all the video that was going to be part of the concert, and all the long hours of practice you could see in MJ how much energy that it took to put it all together. Watching MJ with all the great moves and listening to all the great music, I was in awe through out the movie. We have lost a Great Performer and Person. Wish the concert could come true for him and all his fans it would have been great. MJ will be greatly missed by all of his Fans

This movie was simply amazing. Words cannot truly express how great it was. I am going to see it again. My kids finally got a real look at the greatest man to ever sing, dance and write and were able to experience his genius. Though I've never met him, I miss him. I feel as though I was blessed with the opportunity to see this work of art in the making. This movie made me appreciate the finished product of all of the work that we have seen over the years. We see how hard he worked to become "the best that ever did it". It gave me closure and understanding of his gift.Not that he was weird, but that he was larger than life and we were blessed to have him in our lives as an entertainer. He has a great heart and with all that he had, he could have been different, but his spirit did not allow any different than what you will see in this movie.Thank you MJ for allowing us into your world.

I thought this was fabulous. Didn't know what to expect but was blown away. His vocals sounded great and the dancing was pure Michael. He can dance like no one else. It was great to see the behind the scenes stuff to see his creative genius in play. This seemed like I was at his concert; not just rehearsals. So glad his kids have this to remember him by. I hope this comes out on dvd down the road. I highly recommend this movie.

Michael Jackson was the epitome of perfection. The movie gave me a new sense of appreciation for all artists who put on such well-choreographed shows, but MJ was the best. This movie was out of sight...it showed that his age couldn't stop his talent and that we've lost probably the most amazig entertainer this world's seen. His impact will not be forgotten (it can't be) but he will be missed. Will I see it again? Absolutely! Oh and the soundtrack I give it another ***** because it is great. This Is It was an awesome movie. Very Intimate & personal. I enjoyed seeing Michael and his perfectionism when it came to his music & dancing. I got goosebumps while watching him. He wanted to give his fans the best show of a lifetime. You could hear a pin drop in the theater as the movie was playing. When the movie ended, Michael got a standing ovation. This movie should be seen by all. It would def put a more positive memory of our King of Pop in the minds of those who think he was what he wasn't. God Bless Michael. I loved, loved this movie. I didn't want it to end. What I loved most is that with Michael Jackson's performances, we only saw the end product which were always perfect. With the docu style of this movie we see how talented he was beyond the singing and dancing. He had the ear of a musician and the eye of a director.

I think the main reason for this movie was to show what we didn't get to see in a life show. That tremendous work what's behind the scenes, those dancer, the coreographies, all the directing. It was absolutely fantastic to see it all come together and work like a real team. Every single person knew what and how to do. Very professional. I am glad that they made this movie at least for the ones who were rehearsing for the concerts but didn't get to be on stage. Thank You!

Went to see the movie with 11 members of my family...MJ was amazing !! I laughed, cried,sang along,danced and smiled all the way thru !! The world has truly lost a most brilliant, kind, gentle and funny man. I can't wait to see it again !!! He was the best and will never be replaced as the King of Pop !!!

This movie made me cry, dance, clap and laugh. This is a tasteful, awesome and exciting depiction of the genius of MIchael Jackon. An inspiration. Many songs displaying that he still had the moves and the voice and was so very involved in every aspect of the production of the show. What a tragedy that we cannot experience the end result of his genius for one more time.
