Who knew that Michael would have so much control in every aspect of the stage show. He comes off as a true artist. I saw the Thriller show in LA back in the day, and it was spectacular. This new show was going to be even bigger. Michael will be missed.

Most importantly, the film shows MJ in a rare unguarded state--no image-upholding, no masking his true self. Everyone should see this movie...but MJ fans beware--you'll need tissues, because the film drives home what an incredible WASTE and TRAGEDY this gentle, amazing man's death was. I was lucky enough to be at MJ's memorial at the Staples Center in July, and this film came close to making me cry just as hard as that experience did. WONDERFUL, tasteful film.

Great, great movie. It show's Michaels personality, a side of him most of us never got to see. The man could not stand still? The only thing that should be changed is the end. It just ends. I would highly recommend it though. I will probably go see it at the IMAX!

I would recommend this movie to anyone of any age who simply enjoys music, dance and the extreme talent of Michael Jackson. If you really watch this movie you see that MJ was as genuine as they come. He is a perfectionist, never at the expense of anyone who works with him. He will always be the King of Pop as he was the master at what he did. Musically he heard things the rest of us only dream of hearing and he felt the dance in the deepest part of his soul and it shows.

I preordered my tickets for this movie and it might have been one of the best decisions of my young life! "This is it" is well worth seeing. No doubt about it. It shows Michael true intergrity. he was a good man in the public eye and at rehearsal behind closed doors. His music and the clips and videos shown in this movie from the "This is it" concert, show that he is and will always be "The Man"... and especially the "King of Pop". I went to see this on weds as my 14th birthday present and the moment I saw MJ walk on the stage ... brought me to tears. I wish I could have attended one of his concerts.

Extremely well done. Great balance of music, Michael, creativity, and rehersal. Despite what you may think of his personal life MJ stands alone as a perfomer. He has a unique natural gift that combines music, choreagraph, and dance that we may not see again in our lifetimes. The respect by the producer, musicians, and dancers paid to MJ showed how even these seasoned professional performers recognized that Michael was at another level. Felt sad for the performers who were robbed of the opportunity to take what would be an incredible show on the road. At least this movie depects the creative artist, uncensored and still in a class by himself. Michael truly was the King of Pop!

I have been a fan of MJ since I was a little girl. I'm now 32. I knew he was an awesome entertainer before hand but to see him behind the scenes...I was awe struck! Totally hands on, a perfectionist, and always thought about the fans. I had to remind myself several times that he is no longer with us and that made me sad. Some of the scenes...it was like you were right there with him. You could feel his passion that he had for the fans and his music. AMAZING MOVIE!!!! If it ever goes to video I will buy it!

MJ once again took "This is It" to another level. He was witty, funny and amazingly vibrant in his dance moves and singing. He did appear very skinny but he was lively and gracious to everyone who performed with him. God had blessed him with sooo much and it's hard to believe he's gone. It would had been an extraordinary show for his fans and I will be getting the DVD. His creativity and imagination was something else. I had never seen someone with such an imagination and really captivated you with every portion of his work. He will be greatly missed!

I'm glad this movie was released ,so we could see all the rumors of Michael being ill was all lies. He was in great shape, and danced his assoff. I hope the media finally leave him alone. And please let those lovely children live in peace and privacy as their father took great lengths to make sure that happened. Great movie Michael Jackson, You are greatly missed.

I went and seen the movie yesterday, IT WAS SPECTACULAR, it made me cry. It brought back the reality that we lost the greatest musical performer of all times, a true icon. It shows what an incredible artistic genius he truly was. It is too bad the world was unable to see the true end product of all this hard work that Michael, all the performers, and all involved put into this spectacular tour. I do believe this tour would of been the best tour Michael ever put together for his fans. Long live the KING OF POP.

This movie was great. I admit that I cried a lot through it, but it was amazing to see Michael in action behind the scenes. He was a master at getting everything just right. The show would have been spectacular. It is such a horrible shame. He was the best entertainer/musician that has ever lived and yet his humanitarian side was always evident. He cared so much about this planet and the people on it. Hopefully through this movie, people will get the chance to see what a great man he truly was. Even when he wanted something done different or if something wasn't being done right, he never raised his voice. He was always soft spoken and yet very precise in what he wanted and what he expected and people did it because they knew he was right.

THIS IS IT. Yes, in full bloom. It was perfect. Whoever said MJ's health was flailing.... who were they looking at!!!! He appeared to be in good health, smiling and having fun. He was not a man who appeared to be at deaths door. A man very much in control, who knew exactly what he wanted and how he was going to get it. Mj still had the moves, the voice was perfect and his artistry evident in the new tour. He is and always will be THE GREAT MJ.
