I was a little skeptical about this movie. I am not a Sandra Bullock fan in general, but this movie was fantastic in every way. It was a heartfelt movie about the choices we make in life and about human kindness. It was well directed, the cast was fantastic and I think Sandra Bullock should get an Oscar for her portrayal.
This is a MUST SEE MOVIE !!!

This is a wonderful movie for the family. My son which is 15 loved it and just could not believe that this was Michael's true life story. We are blessed to have a roof over our heads, clothes on our back and food on the table. This was a true eye-opener and made him feel very grateful for what he has..which is most important...a family. Great life lessons. I appreciate the the directors, producers and actors who brought this movie to life. I wanted to hug Michael myself in the final scenes. LOVE IT!!! Can't wait to buy this. Top movie in my books.

My husband and I absolutely loved this movie. You laugh, you cry and it really makes you think about what you can do to make the world better for someone less fortunate. It's rare that both of us walk out saying, "Wow... that was awesome," and this movie did just that. Great acting by the entire cast. We both highly recommend it!

This movie was touching and funny and well developed. At some of Sandra Bullock's lines, the entire theater was laughing so loudly that you couldn't hear all of the comebacks. They did a great job casting the entire family. My mom was in tears numerous times. I can't impress upon you how much I loved this movie - I will be seeing this movie again for sure!

The movie had me tearing up more than any movie that I have ever seen. If this movie does not win an Academy Award then they should stop making movies. It is so much more than a sports movie. Rudy, The Final Season, We Are Marshall all take a back seat to this. From the moment you see Big Mike appear on the screen you are taken in for a truly delightful experience with his demeanor and grace, yes grace with his delivery of his story. Everyone needs to see this movie and learn what it can mean to reach out to help someone less fortunate. Thank you to the makers of this movie.

This was an outstanding movie. This family displayed the ultimate of love and compassion for another human being that was totally the opposite of anything in their so-called world. This one is a win-win-win event; something for everyone. An almost seamless script and such believable characterizations by each and every actor (especially College coaches portraying themselves) made this the best flick I've seen in years.

I saw a screening of this movie earlier this week. I have been really excited about seeing The Blind SIde since I first saw the trailer. Since its a true story I figured I knew the plot so I knew it had a happy ending and I didn't anticipate it blowing me away... But it DID!!!! I went to the screening with 10 other people and each person agreed that it was so much better than they hoped. Sandra was great in this movie and you truley connect to the family and the story overall. Make sure you don't leave when the credits come on! Enjoy!!! It's a must see :-)

Wise up Hollywood and make more movies like this! I haven't read the book yet but and I'm not sure how close to the real story this is but it was a very entertaining movie. A group of high school senior football players sat behind us with their coaches and they all loved it. It is good for adults and teens, but may be a little much for young kids. Great message in the movie and a good build up of the story before the football begins. 2 hours sounds long but you don't notice it. Sandra Bullock is excellent. I got to view an early screening with my little brother made available to Big Brothers Big Sisters. He really liked it a lot.
