This movie not only gives one a great feel for how one can help another, but it opens up your eyes to the reality of how we do live and how others live. So many people don't ever go to the other side of the tracks and they never experience the truth of how others live. They just assume. This movie shows what life is really like for many of us out there and what it is like for the ones we don't ever see. This is definitely one of the best movies I have seen that is based on a True Story.

My husband and I haven't been to the movies for a while. Boy we enjoyed this one. Bring tissue some is sad so sad, because you know it's true. I would love to see it again. Great Movie, excellent for family theatre also. We are telling our sons to go see it, I think Sandra Bullock was fantastic. And the meaning of the story was fabulous. A MUST SEE!

My husband recommended that we see this movie which was surprising because he's the action, shoot 'em up, movie watching kind of guy. We both thoroughly enjoyed the show and left the theater satisfied. A perfect, not to sappy, couples movie. Sandra Bullock is awesome!

My daughter and I went to see this movie. Luckily for us I ordered the tickets on line because the first showing was sold out. This was an excellent movie, the actors all did a wonderful job, the story line was excellent and heart warming. This is the feel good movie of the year and it puts across an important message for the whole family. I will be buying this movie when it comes out on DVD

This movie had me laughing, crying, excited, sad. It was a roller coaster of emotions, but the most amazing movie I have seen in a long time. The fact that it is a true story makes it all the more satisfying. GO SEE IT. You won't be disappointed.

I see a lot of movies and this has to be one of the best ever. It made me laugh and cry. It was wonderful to finally see a movie that didn't feel the need to throw in a lot of nudity, profanity, and/or violence to catch an audience. It was simply a feel good movie!! Sandra Bullock has always been one of my favorites, and she has now stepped up on the list. I wasn't aware that Tim McGraw had the acting abilities that he does, love his music and now his acting. Big Mike stole my heart from the very beginning, and oh my goodness little SJ is absolutely one the best young actors I think I have ever seen, he was hysterical. I recommend this movie to all, regardless of age, gender or race!

Such a heart warming movie!! Loved the story so much that I wanted to find out more about the Gentle Giant, Michael Oher. All the actors did a great job and this movie deserves an Oscar!!!

Since this film is up against "New Moon" it might not draw as big a crowd if it were not. That is a shame because many will miss out of the best story film of 09'. The acting was incredible. The story was nothing short of awsome.
If your a "New Moon" fan, dont overlook this film, you will regret it if you do.

My wife dragged me and my son to this movie (True) and I have to say that I'm glad she did. The movie, based on a true story, really points out how even the people who never say a word can have strong feelings and a great personality. Sandra Bullock does a great job in this movie, helping out a person who has no home and has had a troubling childhood. I rate this movie 5 out of 5 stars!

This was a great movie that you wish could be mandatory for middle school and high school students to view. Deals with a lot of realities of inner city struggles with crime, drugs etc and the stereotypes of the suburban well-to-do take the little things for granted. Ultimately we are in this GAME together and from my perch that is what this movie showed me!! Excellent

Two hours of feel good up lifting enterainment.
Michael was a big teddy bear by day and a grizzly bear on the playing field. LeAnn is an example of a gracious loving Mother who wants the best for her family. SJ brought little brother laughter and smarts to the movie. Just an amazing movie, will see it again. One to buy for the home collection.

Wow, Wow, Wow. What a remarkable time at the theater!
This movie could not have been done any better. We sat in stunned silence once the credits rolled.
The writing is superb, the acting(Sandra Bullocks BEST work ever...If she does not receive an Oscar nom., the powers that be should be out of power.) is electric, the direction is flawless, music, sound, production is all the best. It has to be one of the best pictures of the year. Don't walk to see this, RUN, RUN, RUN.
Tim McGraw is perfect. Can't imagine anyone else in this role.
